My stay was great until my bank informed me of a $250 smoking fee! Now I know better and being a Hilton Honors member I would have thought that these type of things would not have happened. I would have expected more. My advice is to make sure you are not being charged fictitious charges

The hotel was great. Friendly staff, clean facilities, pool was nice too. Unfortunately, a mistake was made somewhere along the line, and a second family was booked into our room. This was discovered when they opened the door to our room. I wasn’t too upset, mistakes happen. However, the next morning a cleaner opened our door without knocking. We had been using the double lock, but one of us had just stepped out to grab something from the car. The cleaner apologized profusely and explained the error, but still, it left one feeling a bit worried. We were about 30 minutes from checking out, so no point complaining.

I was very pleased with the room and overall cleanliness and interaction with the staff. I was not very happy with the breakfast. food was not stocked in a timely manner. the only fruit available was some overripe bananas and the eggs, potatoes and sausage was never refilled the whole time I was there. The server kept saying they would be out in a few minutes. I had to settle for a waffle.

We stayed one night after a concert at the coliseum, which was a short drive down the road. Hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming. Room was clean and bed was comfortable.

It was my first time staying in Greensboro and I picked this location because it was close to the venue. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The hotel was clean and looks like it had been updated not too long ago. Stay was comfortable and a good value for the money spent.

From kids beating on the door and running off all night, to ppl walking around with a strong odor of marijuana… woke up Saturday morning itching terribly and a couple stains on wash clothes other than that the stay was perfect it was Ghoe so I expected a few issues

Everything was very nice and very clean. Just wish I had brought my swim suit. I forgot it had an indoor pool. Second time I have stayed here. It looks like they have upgraded the rooms.

This Hampton Inn was fantastic. It was clean, quiet and had all the essentials. The staff were all excellent. I especially enjoyed how each staff member had something unique written on their name badge. Very pleased with our stay!!!

Our stay was great! Kids enjoyed the pool and gym and the staff was super friendly and accommodating! Will be back in 2 weeks as we were not able to do the water park nearby as it rained all weekend.

Great hotel. We came during graduation weekend but not for graduation. The hotel staff were amazing. They kept everything clean and going smooth with a very very full hotel. Props to all of these employees.

My kiddo loved the pool. The beds were comfortable. Room and bathroom were clean. Basic cable on the enormous TV! Breakfast was just fine. The staff was really very accommodating and kind. Always a smile on, good attitudes and helpful! That makes a difference.
