I still can’t believe this place is real, the staff are beyond amazing like everyone, rooms, the grounds everything is taken care of,

Lovely hotel and staff. We had 2 bed heated pool villa. The pool heating was,not on for 2 days, even though we paid for a heated pool room. That was very disappointing. Other than that I stay was very nice. Whole property is well maintained, clean. Breakfast was very nice. They is a lady there who is really attentive and made special requests for us. A really asset for the hotel. Forgotten her name.
