Big and beautiful
The breakfast is not variety like I expected . Food is ok not much Vietnamese dish minky western food

A very big resort. Lots of choices at breakfast buffet. Staff were as accomodating as possible when it came to complaints but they are set up to fail with false advertising.
Firstly, the photos show a full playground and bigger kids facility than what was on offer. This is photoshopped/AI which is incredibly misleading. The slide in the kids pool was out of action. As mentioned in other reviews, there is never enough lounges by the pool. This is such a simple fix and with so many other reviews, why not just buy more?
The location is not great which isn’t the resorts fault. We knew we were out of main town when we first booked but we didn’t quite realise how far away we were from ANYTHING. every meal, spa, shop required a taxi ride.
If our kids were older this may not have bothered us but as a family with a 3 and 1 year old, these were deal breakers and made our stay less enjoyable.

Pools clean
Bed very comfortable & large room with outside access via balcony.
Glass internal window in room, not good for night use of bathroom.
Crowded breakfast.
Rubbish and food trays left on walkways outside rooms for more than 24 hours
