enjoyed my stay here and the services.

this was a birthday getaway and the resort was beautiful. Book the deluxe pool view room that had such a stunning view and dinner at Table 88 was 10/10. loved the stay there

For the amount of money you’re paying, the shuttle bus to old town/downtown should be free. not that the shuttle bus was running round the clock, it’s just one drop off and one pickup but you’re still charged for it. other hotels around the area offered free drop off and pickup so this was a huge 👎🏼 for me

Lovely resort with superb swimming pools

The pool was fantastic. Rooms were nice and large with good view. Being on the beach was a great feeling. If you had GRAB app then commuting became easy through the cabs.

Food variety was limited. The area was exclusive so to get anything one had to take a cab and go a bit of distance. There was no English newspapers or books available.

Preis-Leistung stimmten hier im November sehr gut.

Wir waren im November 2023, eigentlich ist noch Regenzeit und es hat deshalb wenige Leute. Trotzdem waren die Restaurants offen und von sehr guter Qualität! Die Leute sind äusserst freundlich und hilfsbereit, das Zimmer zählt nicht zu den grössten, so hat uns der Wohnbereich gefehlt. Wir hatten eine Pool-Suite, doch das Minipool vor dem Zimmer könnte man sich sparen. Die Anlage ist grosszügig, sauber und für Kinder sehr geeignet.

Der Strand war nicht gepflegt, was wohl mit der Regenzeit zu tun hatte. )Es hat aber nicht oft geregnet!) Das Meer war sehr unruhig, so das man nicht darin baden konnte. Für Strandurlaub ist der November nicht geeignet.

조용한 리조트 좋아하면 추천

시기때문인지 조용해서 큰 풀빌라온 느낌이라 장단점이 있어요 조용하고 프라이빗한게 좋다면 추천

바람이 엄청불었는데 밤에 바람소리때문에 잠을 잘못자겟고 오션뷰인데 오션이 오른쪽에 조금 보이고 전경은 그냥 황무지..왜 오션뷰인지 모르겠어서 많이 아쉬워요

10/10 best resort I've ever stayed at!

Aside from the already awesome rooms and facilities (especially the infinity pool!) we are in awe of Sheraton Grand Resort Da Nang's customer service! Shoutout to Mr Chung, Quan, Hiew, Vy and the staff who assisted us in our needs throughout our honeymoon there!

I felt the bathroom was in a weird position with the toilet. If someone went number 2 in there, there was no ventilation whatsoever to let the smell go out?

Superb

Rooms were large and immaculately kept. Grounds of the resort were spectacular and the breakfast buffet was amazing. Pool was outstanding and we throughout enjoyed the beach and outdoor bean bags

Nice family place to stay

Room were spacious and clean. Breakfast was very good lots of variety of Asian and western cuisine. Nice big pool. The staffs very polite and helpful always has a smile on their face.

The property slightly outdated. Location is a bit far from town about 15-20 minutes to town. The beds could be a bit bigger.

The same as any other Sheraton.

The location is good as it is between Hoi An and DaNang or you can stay at the hotel itself. The property is good, fantastic pool, the development next to it needs finishing off or hiding as it can be seen throughout the outside of the property.

Best resort we have stayed at and will stay there again

The 250m swimming pool overlooking the ocean. Room was spacious with plenty of storage space The staff were all friendly and not intrusive

Great pool and delicious food

The pool is 250 meter long, the breakfast is fantastic, the whole staff is very attentive. Since we have spent a lot of time at the pool, I’d like to say few words about the pool staff. I was very impressed how Mr. Vuong (from pool bar) was able to stay very professional and accommodating even when there was a quite difficult customer to deal with. Similar compliments to Mr. Binh, who was very proactive in terms of adjusting the shade and bringing towels.

Resort with good potential to become excellent if services available as advertised

+ very friendly staff, trying to accommodate all wishes + very clean room + tasty food (breakfast & restaurant) + huge pool

- restaurants & bars were almost all closed during our stay without prior notice. We even received a standardized mail a few days before arrival about the restaurant & bar options which was not accurate. It was especially sad that Vietnamese food was missing. Instead they tried some European cuisine (which tasted good but was not why we travelled to Vietnam). For a hotel which is at least 15 minutes car ride from the next town, there should be more options, as advertised on website. To be fair, the staff was flexible and tried to accommodate as much as possible. There was no bar available after 10pm. - prices for services (Spa, Tours, etc.) and European-style food on high European level

Wonderful stay

We LOVED THE POOL! It’s so big that even if there’s lots of people there it doesn’t feel too busy. The room was beautiful and clean too. It was peaceful and the bed was super comfy. We actually enjoyed our stay so much we cancelled some of our other accomodation to stay longer!

it is slightly annoying that you have to taxi if you want to go anywhere it isn’t a very walkable location but it’s nice getting a taxi when it’s so hot anyway.

Felt on the cloud nine due to staff attitude and hotel facilities/amenities

- Breakfasts were so good and tasty - Staff were so helpful, helping during checkin/checkout, during breakfast, at the pool, at the restaurants, in the kids club - Our daughter loved kids club, mainly because of exceptional staff attitude - Our pool side room was spacious and actually had a sea view

The place itself was amazing. The rooms and pools were magnificent.

the restaurants while lovely, it was hard to find much traditional Vietnamese food. would have liked to have seen more at all 3 restaurants.

fantastic property for families with young children

fantastic resort for families with young children. plenty of activities to keep them occupied. kids club is well equipped and has plenty of activities. outdoor playground and water park will keep kids occupied outdoor. huge pool. property is clean and well maintained. rooms are fairly large. water pressure in bathroom is good and temperature is highly adjustable

can have a few more options for dining but not a major issue. cheaper options available via grab food or a visit to restaurants via taxis

Very good

Absolutely fabulous facility and staff. All food was excellent.

Pricing at American rates for food and drink, which we've not experienced to this level at other high end resorts in similar venues. Location is well away from activities of the city. It felt pretty isolated. Beach and hotel were quite empty. It is an area that is developing high end but almost lonely which you would not expect at a five star resort.
