此趟旅程謝謝管家 Jenny的貼心照顧，一切都很舒適!

早餐選擇很豐富，PHO很好吃必吃! 每天都需要吃一碗，環境很優美，泳池有3個，很大都很棒!

接駁車到Lotte Mart只有上午9點跟下午2點出發，回程只有14:30從Lotte Mart這班回去，沒有晚上進市區的接駁車稍微不太方便些，需要自己叫車出門，但到會安的接駁車有很多班也比較晚最晚8點回來飯店。

Séjour parfait !

Très bel établissement au bord de l'eau ! L'un des meilleurs hôtels où nous avons pu séjourner. Nous avons eu une grande chambre très propre et spacieuse. La nourriture était excellente, très grand choix pour le petit-déjeuner! Sans parler du personnel aux petits soins, mention spéciale pour notre "ambassadeur" : Harry! Toujours à l'écoute de nos demandes et réactif. Vraiment merci à lui! Ainsi qu'à l'infirmière qui nous a accompagné lorsque nous avons eu besoin d'assistance pour un petit bobo! Je précise que nous ne parlions pas anglais, et que nous avons utilisé Google Traduction et tout s'est passé à merveille! Vraiment n'hésitez plus, choisissez cet hôtel !

Great hotel with helpful and friendly staff

The staff was really excellent. Jasmine gave us her whatsapp number and we could send her a message for any treatments we wanted to book or tours we wanted to take. She managed to get our room ready for us early and was quick to responed when contacted.

Everything was great, especially the staff. I loved their onsite Mexican restaurant, great food and happy hour margaritas

Friendly staff Pool side service was great strongly recommend pure bliss package at the spa was the best massage I have ever received Ice was drinkable water so no need to ask for no ice for foreign travelers Organized a tour guide for us Rin who was amazing

In room dining didn’t answer when we called had to go to reception Only allowed food from resort into the resort and is quite expensive

Beautiful resort

We were upgraded for free to a 3br-house. It was huge with private pool. The lady of check in (Evelyn) gave me her WhatsApp number and we could (and did) ask her for advise/bookings. She was very professional and helped out in many occasions. Great system! The beach is stunning, pool beautiful, food good.

It sometimes would take long for food (especially pizza) to arrive. Gym is relatively small

Fantastic hotel but the food and beverage service is very poor.

The hotel was fantastic and will definitely return Food quality was excellent.

The food and beverage service in all areas is very poor. There is a total lack of training and management presence as well as personal service. There is definitely an opportunity to generate more revenue if the staff were cuatomer focused and wanting to sell and offer a level of service. This was the most disappointing part of the whole 9 nights. We had a pool villa and the pool lights didn't work or get fixed for the whole time we stayed there. The solution was temporary engineering lighting which was far to bright and was on a stand that meant it lighted the next villa's pool garden also. Didn't dampen the stay but the solution wasn't one really.

Great for chilling.

The private beach and the environment

Overall the staffs are friendly but we met a staff that are quiet rude and impatient when we are seeking help on how to get the taxi driver to reach us. I totally understand the language is the main difficulty for us to communicate and for him to express as well. We are trying to use translator apps to communicate but he is showing us impatient and voice up his voice to us. Other than this incident, everthing was perfect.

NEVER COME HERE.

Every hotel staff are naive and kind. Also every facility and the beach, swimming pool look very nice.

We stayed at the apartment on the 4th floor where the ocean view. I am almost 190cm tall but the view was terrible even for me.. Because there's tall plants are all over around the balcony so only you can see are weeds. My wife and I were terrifying because a stranger Vietnamese man was walking around the balcony so we could literally see each other. When I asked at the reception, they wouldn't really know if it could be a very serious problem.. They just made their own excuses that 'the man who was walking across our balcony', he was just trying to kill insects so that the bugs and stuff wouldn't bother us. When I took this photo, it was the second time that we saw him. I ran downstairs and told the reception again then the staff told me that.. the man wouldn't see us from outside..? No the man was looking right into our eyes and when we checked from outside, We could see inside of the room very clearly UGH. Please inform this fact, also make sure you are dressed and curtains closed... There was a shuttle bus heading to the Lotte mart and Hoi An city. We took a shuttle heading to the Hoi An at 4pm which they pick up us again at 8pm. Everything was perfect and thankful that they dropped us all. But the thing was the driver or any staffs didn't inform us where to take the bus return to Naman Retreat. Everyone was searching the shuttle about 3-40 minutes all over the station.(THE STATION WAS HUGE!) Kindness is essential and definitely required in this amount of resort. No one really speaks English so it was so hard to communicate as well. Without kindness of all the staffs, NAMAN RETREAT DOESN'T COMFORTABLE AT ALL.

A pleasant stay on vacation!

A pleasant vacation for my family! We enjoyed room spaces and main out door facilities there however room design and facilities at condo part looks as medium scale. Staffs are quite nice and supportive but some need to be well trained!

There is no position to help guests take care belonging and arrange beach front chairs/towels; free hotel transportation need to be improved in terms of available seat and on time.

Nice beach stay, friendly staff, but rooms need an upgrade, just like the food of the western restaurant.

The beach and pool area is nice and comfortable. The pool menu is good and the staff is nice and supportive.

We stayed in one of the apartments. The interior is quite cheap, a bit run down and doesn’t give you a 5 star vibe at all. The location of the resort is rather isolated so when you want to go somewhere else to avoid the (very bad and overpriced) evening menu of the wannabe fine dining restaurant of the hotel, you will have to take a taxi.

Great place for recovery after long trip in Cambodia and Vietnam.

The staff was very attentive. They got my contact information on WhatsApp and checked in every day to see how things were going. The beach was nice enough (probably similar to the beach along this whole stretch from Da Nang to Hoi An)… FYI this is a beach with waves… good for boogie boarding. The breakfast was phenomenal. Spa was good.

The hours and availability of the spa were limited. We would prefer some times into the evening.

Relaxing Resort

The breakfast buffet was the best one we've had in south east Asia so far. Facilities were amazing, more than enough space, pool, lounge chairs and places to relax and unwind. The service was impeccable, everyone was so helpful and happy to help. Lifeguards, front desk, yoga teachers, security guards etc... Yim my yoga instructor was really great and helped guide our class through practice very well.

The styling of the apartments was mediocre, the apartments felt empty lacking paintings, decorations, a comfortable sofa, cups... The lighting in the bathroom was also really dim, so you couldn't see much while inside. Other than the rooms still needing a lot of work, everything else was just lovely.

Best hotel at the beach with one of the best pool areas we have ever been. Babylon rooms and villas highly recommended. Spa was extremely good with excellent staff. Breakfast room is beautiful with an excellent mix of Asian and Western food.

I missed the breakfast time; however, the staff still wanted to help me and I could even have breakfast in the restaurant.

The room design does not meet my expectation. Thee location is not that good.
