Enjoyed the place and service. The BBQ dinner at the villa was very good

The place was nice. The villa itself was very comfortable and clean. Location facing the beach was very nice.

The Villa need some upgrade and maintenance. Some of the lights were not working.

Lovely staff. Great location.

Proximity to the beach and golf courses. Terrific staff across the board..F&B, housekeeping and the Manager named Ha.

The advertised “Fitness Centre” was poorly equipped and very disappointing given it was a criteria for our 12 day stay. On a prior stay before the property had a gym, they provided access to the gym at the Sheraton next door. We had to pay for a daily Staycation package if we wanted to use the Sheraton’s gym this time.

A restful time

Beautiful location and view. Restful time. Great breakfast a few steps away from the beach. Nice, reasonable, and clean onsite spa with skilled massage therapists.

The description says one-bedroom but it is actually a spacious studio with just one king bed. No sofa bed.

The shared area pool next to the breakfast area

Not a 5 star property. We stayed for 7 days in a villa, the furniture was quite old, the pool outside was a small one and the view was to a pond - even if it had some flowers in it. They cleaned the villa everyday, at least that was nice. They didn’t have any activities, and when we asked about bikes we got an answer that they were all broken that week. The breakfast had very limited choices for non-Vietnamese food. There are no restaurants in the area, besides the ones on the resort properties, even though on google maps you can see a lot of them, they are house businesses. The beach was nice, but the water quite dirty so we didn’t swim in it, just stayed at the pool all days.

Big room and well equipped.

The innerspring mattress was very uncomfortable and there is a construction site next door. Also the beach wasn't clean.

decent Villa. however poor facilities, bad communication skills of staff

villas were decent size but were poorly maintained. lights not working in bathroom. facilities looked old and worn out.

service levels were poor and it was mainly account of language. even people at the reception don’t understand English and we had a big problem with that. in a service industry serving tourists, they have to keep staff who speak English. this reception was one of the worst I have experienced in terms of communications. breakfast was bad with very limited spread. for the kind of moneys charged. there should be better breakfast options.

Beautiful beach resort near Da Nang!

Beautiful resort on the coast just south of Da Nang, only about 25-30 minutes drive from the airport. The resort helped us arrange pick-up at the airport which was really helpful. The villa was absolutely amazing in all aspects -- large rooms, comfortable beds, big, well-appointed bathrooms. The kitchen was great and had tons of cookware. The pool at the villa was so amazing and it was wonderful to be able to relax and swim without having to leave. The walk to the beach was only 5 minutes, and the resort pools were also very nice. We had breakfast included, and the food was very tasty -- amazing fresh fruit, and a nice mix of western and eastern breakfast foods. My kids especially enjoyed the fresh juices. It was very relaxing and peaceful!

Due to COVID, several of the amenities were not available or were mis-represented. For example, the only working restaurant was only open on the weekends, so outside of the breakfast buffet, you were on your own for food. It made life more difficult considering there was no convenience store or grocery store easily available, and there was not a list of restaurants close by or places to go shopping. Also, several beach amenities were advertised, but due to a change in regulations and COVID, they were shut down. Finally, there was a water outage during our stay (not the fault of the resort), and when the water was finally back on, our pool had stopped working. We had to ask more than once to someone to look at it.

Nice place if you want peace and quiet

Spacious, clean and well maintained. Good for families.

Location was a bit awkward. It happened to be Chinese New Year too so there weren’t much transportation available around.
