Amazing hotel overall
Spa girls not so nice and not welcoming
Lost of complaints and bad vibes

The room was very clean
Staff is amazing
The breakfast was perfect, specially the banufi pie, yummy, miss it already.
Recommend everyone to book this hotel. I will definitely come back again.

We had a beachfront pool villa (number 44) for 5 nights, it was like paradise.
All the staff were amazing particularly Andy and Noe but Joe San, Foam, Ad Lin, Bank, Pla, Ziny and Chef Win absolutely excellent!
We will definitely return one day.
Breakfast was lovely, dinners were delicious and cocktails great, happy hour is most of the day.
There was something that we didn't like but it has nothing to do with the staff or hotel but other guests, please dont go to breakfast or dinner in just your swim wear, be respectful and considerate of others, unfortunately some people from other cultures are not, also be nice to the staff, they are so lovely and do all they can to assist.
