We loke staying here close to things yet away from all the craziness town can get with people. Great service. Nice suite and regular rooms. We have stay in both. The breakfast is excellent my daughter loves the biscuits and gravey. Hope to able to come back again in the future.

Double queen room. One bed 12 inches other was 8 inches. Very very uncomfortable for one of us. The room was dirty as well. The hotel was extremely noisy and the breakfast was lackluster at best with only waffles and canned biscuits and gravy for warm Food. For $150 plus a night I would expect Much more. Will Definitely not stay here again.

Traveling down the coast and decided to stay here, so glad we did! Loved the location of hotel and the hotel itself. Definitely check this hotel out and stay a couple nights!!!

Came to Seaside for my daughters basketball tournament. Upon arriving I was upgraded to s very nice suite, which we greatly appreciated. Room was clean, staff was friendly. I would definitely stay again in the future.

Great to be right downtown. Kids loved the game room. Pool and breakfast area could get really noisy, but rooms were quiet.

Had a problem with the toilet running a lot and taking a while to flush, but the handy man was quick to assure us it would be fixed. It was not fixed before we left.

We always enjoy staying here. Off the strip (which we prefer) but short walk. Always clean, always friendly. The pool is great for kids. Love the fire pits and the playground. All around comfy.

Noisy and didn't have working tvs. I. Fact the was a person who worked for the motel who knocked on our door as we where switching rooms to take a tv to another room for a guest awful

The assistant helped us with cancelling our second night when we had to cut short our trip due to an emergency. She was so kind and helpful. Even though another guest told us to "keep it down" at 7:30pm we enjoyed the fire pit and river views. (We were just talking!) And I loved that real milk, not just the usual plastic container creamer, was available for my tea.

Staff are kind and it has a nice water front yard with fire pits and playset. The pool is a sort of small and the place doesn't smell fresh. Breakfast ca be improved.

No complaints. A block away from the main strip in Seaside and a couple blocks to the beach. Comfortable bed, keureg coffeemaker in room, and big tv. Typical breakfast you’d find in most modestly priced hotels. Front desk staff friendly and professional.

Overall this was a good stay. Only issue we had was being close to a heavily traveled bridge that never stopped being busy, and listening to people drinking and partying at the fire pit below our balcony. The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. It was super easy to walk to everything we needed and a reasonable walking distance from the beach.

People upstairs created so much noise in the middle of the night for almost 3 hours. I went and told the front desk yet no use. This disturbed my whole family's sleep which included 2 nephews who are children. So, I felt this was not family-friendly stay.

Our room was above the pool, so we heard people having a great time till 10 pm. Then after that you heard a hum from the pool. Someone had a dog that would bark periodically throughout the night. Long story short this hotel you can hear everything. The location was great! The staff was fantastic!! Just in the future I would choose a different resort to have better quality of sleep.

When we walked in the you knew this was a place that the employees are happy to work for. We got the romance package and the pride that the person who put it together was evident. The room was clean and very comfortable. We will be back.!

Was a 50th wedding anniversary gift/trip and the hotel was notified via the reservation. They gave them a crappy parking lot view room instead of river view. We asked that the hotel do at least something a little special for them since it was there 50th….they did nothing. Sadly they’ve stayed there numerous times before too. Honestly, with business being good these days, they just don’t care.
