We LOVED this room. Two adults and two older teens. We had the two queens and a double sofa bed. Tons of room. We will definitely keep this hotel chain on our go to stays! Thanks.

A very nice hotel with helpful staff. The bathroom door is opaque and it squarely faces the bed. That meant that you could leave the light on and light up the whole room or turn it off and have it very dark. It's also a bit of a weird shape so finding your way around in the dark is tricky.

The breakfast was normal except there was no tea to be found in the hotel. Nothing but coffee in the room or in the brakfast area. Not everyone drinks coffee. Asked for tea and was told they haad none. SMH

Reception by Mame and Will was friendly, respectful, cheerful, and professional. The room was clean, and functional. The nightlight is burned out on the bed furthest from the window, but not a deal breaker, just info. Thank you very much.

Non working heater in room 1. Was moved to another room where TV was not working and front desk did not come check problem as they said they would. Not what you want to experience after driving on the road for 10 hours.

Not my standard for a SpringHill Suite. The tv was unplugged we had to plug back in when we moved the tv, there was at least 6 inches of dirt and dust. The shower was so slippery I almost busted my rear getting in. It had a comfortable bed. I have stayed in nicer suites.

The best part about my stay was the staff and service. Even with limited staffing due to the holidays, the service was still exceptional. Every person at the front desk was very accommodating and friendly. Additionally, the rooms were clean and spacious, the lobby aesthetics were beautiful, and the area was very quiet.Thanks for a great experience!

The staff was amazing!! Room was plenty big enough and clean! Only downfall -which we dealt with- was the room was warm. Wasn’t sure if it was our doing or the air not working right but we did just fine. The staff was amazing and willing to help in any and everyway!! The kids breakfast waffles were a huge hit!!

Hotel was nice and the staff were amazing but last face it, what everyone wants is a comfortable place to sleep at the end of the day. The mattress in the room we were in was horrible. It was way past time for it to be replaced. The sides were bulging even with no one on it. I said something on checkout and the front desk employee said they would check it out and apologized for the inconvenience. Outside of that it was a nice stay.

Very quit location. The room was superb! Breakfast sufficient. Would definitely recommend for families or solo travelers. My only complaint is credit card hold. It’s been 3 weeks and they still keep hold on my card.
