The staff at Tru on Davis Hwy. in Pensacola Fl. were extremely friendly and helpful! The facility was clean and well!-kept. The beds were super comfortable and the daily breakfast had an excellent selection! I would definitely stay there again! ☺️

I enjoyed my stay for the most part. It seems to be fairly new. Plenty of space in the room since there is no dresser. Two complaints. One, it was difficult to get access to a luggage carrier. When I arrived I waited approximately 15 minutes for them to locate one since people do not return them and upon leaving i was never able to get one. I was told that guests often keep them in their rooms for use in the morning. It was very difficult to get my things to my car as an older person with knee issues. It would be nice if there were a check out procedure so they know who has one and who hasn't returned it. Also there was a bench under the TV in the room but it was too narrow to accommodate my small suitcase so I had to open in on the ground. A luggage bench would be nice.

Great place! Very clean and rooms were a large size. Every staff member we encountered was very friendly. The breakfast in the morning was delicious.
