I came with my daughter to visit from Dec. 26-29. I'll start with the CONS because there are just so many: 1. There are 3 HOTELS at this location, and there's no clear direction about which door to take to check in! Not the one in the picture. 2. Parking is absolutely atrocious! The parking lot is enormous but full after 8:00 pm! 3. Don't expect hospitality! The lady at reception, Adriana, didn't even greet us and didn't even make eye contact during check-in. When I asked for her name, she stared at me and hesitated to give it. The only ones that were very attentive were during breakfast. 4. Housekeeping is a mess! One morning they tried to go in at 8:25 am immediately after knocking only once!! We were still in bed! They also didn't refresh our towels during our stay. 5. Not enough seating at breakfast! It's tiny! 6. The drinking glasses provided at the kitchenette were dirty. 7. We also didn't have an ice bucket in the room. The ice machine on our floor was broken so we had to go to another floor. 8. The pool was closed for the season and that wasn't listed on the website or Hotels.com. PROS: 1. Good location with plenty of food choices and shopping. Just 5 minutes from Main Street! 2. Quiet room. Can't hear anything above you, but you can still hear planes all night. 3. Breakfast was good (minus the seating issues). 4. Beds were comfortable. 5. Good kitchen area with dinnerware and utensils.

Clean and comfortable. Friendly staff. The shared parking lot woth the Courtyard didn't seem big enough for all the guests. Sadly, the breakfast staff worked their butts off, but breakfast wasnt very good. Have had much better at Best Western, LaQuinta and Hampton Inn.

The area is a great spot in Grapevine. We were visiting the Gaylord just a few minutes away, and kids if other places are close. The hotel itself is not aging well with noticeable water damage in the bathroom and cracks in shower tile. It leads me to wonder if mold is an issue anywhere. The gym didn't have cups for the water dispenser, and there is nobody at the front desk to notify. The parking was incredibly poor due to sharing the lot. We initially walked past 2 other hotels until we found closer parking the following day.

First of all, no one likes to work on a holiday meant to spend with your family and friends! With that said, my sister and I booked a few days stay at Towne Place Suites over Thanksgiving. We were greeted by Shelia whose smile and laugh was truly infectious. Shelia was incredibly attentive and helpful with any questions we had during our stay. To have her be the face that greets you when you arrive, definitely sets the tone for your stay. The other person I must mention during our time was Nicolas. He was the lone worker at the Bistro. Nicolas was our bartender and server who went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of during the hours spent in the Bistro and the outside “hang out” around the fire pit. No matter how many customers he had, he continued to check on us to make sure we weren’t in need of anything. The time we spent around the fire drinking coffee was made special by his presence and conversation. His work ethic was exceptional with everyone he interacted with. Nicolas also provides a positive impression of the staff at Towne Place and anyone who visits the Bistro is in for a treat! Our stay was made special by these two employees and I had to give them “props” for being an absolute joy to interact with. We will definitely return and hope to see them again! Towne Place Suites does not disappoint from cleanliness, the amenities and ambience. Thank you for a great Thanksgiving weekend! Gina and Christy

Everything we had planned on doing was really close to the hotel. It was really convenient.

Hotel was clean, room was great other than the bed. For the money you pay you would think they would upgrade the cheap mattresses.

Town place is my go to spot in the grapevine TX area. Gym and Laundry always clean and in good working order. Free breakfast hits the spot with eggs or frittata and white or sweet potatos and variety salsa along with oatmeal and nuts, coconut along with coffee, yogurt,milk and juice. Staff always friendly everywhere. Salmon entree is delicious in the bistro restaurant. Kinda pricey but the quality overcomes any second thoughts.

Nice spot! Clean, safe, comfortable with a bar and restaurant on site. The staff for the shuttle, front desk and restaurant/bar were all very pleasant. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again! My only feedback might be to share instructions on how to catch the shuttle when the reservation is confirmed (you must call the hotel by phone and request it, then there are specific spots outside each terminal where you must wait for it to arrive).

Hotel was pretty average, not bad but looked a lot better and newer in the pictures. Room walls are pretty thin, could hear people in the hallway. Complimentary breakfast was awful, very small selection and horrible service. No plates, no silverware, food kept running out, cold coffee. Only 1 staff member present and not helpful.

Shopping was wonderful.

We usually stay next door at the sister property but figured we’d give this one a try. Big mistake both nights we were awaken every time someone used the elevator because it made a loud noise like Dory speaking to the whale in Finding Nemo. We were 3 rooms down from the elevator just so you can understand just how loud and annoying it was.

It was at a walkable distance to where my conference was. Hotel do not provide body lotion in the bathroom. The carpet in my room was dirty. the complimentary breakfast was ok with some fresh fruit. However, it would be nice to have some salade as well to make it more friendly to vegetarian.

The hotel was very nice all around. Check-in was easy. The room was very well equipped with a nice kitchenette. The only complaint was that the bed was hard and the pillows were flat.(it was only for one night though) We didn't utilize the free breakfast but did have coffee which was fine. It was close to many restaurants and maybe an 8 minute drive to Grapevine's Main Street that is so charming!

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. It was quiet, the staff was polite and the atmosphere was great.

There was a dead cockroach near the elevator.

Due to the conf. they were very busy, but the ladies at the front desk still did an awesome job. Hotel was Clean and had great facilites! Would definitely stay again!

I was in your hotel from July 19th to the 23th. The bar attender excellent service very friendly and helpful. the Gay in the reception on Sunday morning he was not friendly and he did not give clear directions to help the costumers. The people cleaning the room where doing a excellent job. Thank you.

The airport shuttle was very convenient. The bistro was nice to have available. The continental breakfast was OK. The gym was very well equipped. Everything was clean. The bad experience came when we checked in late Tuesday after a 5 hr. flight delay and found our AC unit made an tremendous amount of noise. They offered to change rooms but only had a room with 2 queen beds. That was not an option and moving multiple times was not either. Finally on Thursday, (we were leaving early Friday morning) a repairman came but wasn't able to repair it. Not the best experience.

It was a good hotel. NIce staff, clean rooms, easy parking. Just some noise from airplanes but we figured that considering the location.

I have stayed there twice before this visit. The pool was warm. Not this time. Wanted rooms closer
