All was great, nearby to all the major shops and transportation. We loved being walking distance to the water.
Two things that could have been better. The room maid service was just ok. I felt the floors weren’t always cleaned. Secondary, the breakfast space was tight!

An exceptional and charming hotel! It is perfectly located near the train station, shops, restaurants, river square, trams, etc.
The hotel staff are friendly (all of them!) and helpful. They willingly kept our luggage until our room was ready, answered questions about transportation and the neighbourhood. The breakfast has healthy choices and lots of variety - eggs, fresh pasteries, juices, cheeses, coffee etc. The rooms are clean, spacious (for Europe), and quiet even with a balcony. The balcony is awesome for fresh air and views.
I highly recommend this hotel - it is perfect for a few days exploring Lisbon!

We booked a family room which was actually 2 bedrooms. We asked for a quiet room when booked and were given rooms on the 4th floor which was excellent, so no street noise! Good aircon and comfortable beds and good showers and shutters to block out the light. Really central location and walkable to all key sights. Got a discounted voucher to eat at the restaurant at their sister hotel, we had an absolutely excellent Italian meal. The hotel definitely lives up to its excellent reviews and ratings.
