These casitas are well maintained, clean, within walking distance of the Taos square, and very comfortable. I don't think the online photos do the place justice-- the units are very attractive. (see attached photos)

Absolutely fabulous! Casita A was so comfortable and welcoming and cozy. We loved the heated tile floors and the fireplace! Although we didn’t cook much, the kitchen had everything needed for a big meal in the way of utensils, pots and pans, spices, etc. We highly recommend Burch Casitas!

One of the best lodging experiences we've ever had, both here and abroad! The proprietors (Jim and Nancy) were very friendly, helpful, and respectful of our privacy. The unit we stayed in (cabin B) was everything advertised by Hotel.com. It was spacious, clean, very quiet, well stocked, and within walking distance to the main Taos plaza. Probably the biggest bonus was the in suite washer and dryer, which after a week on the road was truly welcomed. We honestly rate this a 10 out of 10, and wonder why anyone staying in Taos would not do so here. Our 3 night stay was exceptional!

The Casitas are delightful mini homes or bungalows that are artfully decorated, roomy, immaculate, and comfortable. Close to restaurants, galleries, shops in Taos. I would definitely stay there again.

Great quiet location, easy walk to amazing food and art. Everything you need in a spacious, clean and beautiful casita. Full kitchen, comfortable bed, nice outdoor space for sipping wine and watching the sunset. My only regret is that we didn't stay longer.

Wonderful place to stay! Very convenient to the square and the room was spacious, well equipped, and very homey! So much better than the “institutional” feeling of a hotel room. We will definitely return hopefully when we can enjoy the summer activities of Taos.

What a great little find. Very close to Taos Plaza, walking distance. Very nice sized for a couple. Very Taos feel to it! We really enjoyed our stay. We would love to come visit again. Nicely done!

The owners were very nice and made sure that we had everything we needed. The casitas were private, quiet, and lovely. Well equipped and cozy, it felt like home. We really enjoyed our stay, and would love to visit again when we return to Taos.

I loved the studio apartment style of the casitas, it made for a comfortable and cozy stay. With the great night's rest it made the quick walk into the plaza every morning very enjoy. They are located in a very convient spot. Overall you can't find a better deal for what you get.

What a nice little find. These Casitas are a wonderful way to stay. They have everything you need including very fast WIFI,kitchen,fireplaces a little back patio. Great nights sleep and quiet.The Casiitas are clean and brand new. Will be staying here again.

My husband and I had the opportunity to stay 4 nights at Burch Street Casitas. When you book a property online, your not always sure exactly what you will get, but this place was a wonderful discovery. Nancy greeted us upon arrival, she is very friendly and helpful as we had many questions about the area. We stayed in Casita C,which has a full kitchen and washer dryer. The king bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept in.Spacious bathroom with tub/shower and a hair dryer. The living area included a beautiful fireplace,books to read, flat-screen TV and Netflix.The WI-fi was very fast. We hope to return again next year.

This is equivalent to a "complete" studio apartment and a ten minute walk to the Plaza. It's clean and quiet. The owners are nice folks. They called me prior to my check in to confirm a few issues; namely that 1) they are a cash or check only facility (no credit cards) and 2) they'd inadvertently overbooked for the last day of my stay and that I'd have to check out a day early. While that may sound like a deal breaker it's important to understand that this was a last minute booking. I'll definitely check there the next time I'm in Taos.

A wonderful place to stay! My partner and I stayed for 4 nights at the Burch Street Casitas and enjoyed every moment! Jim and Nancy, the super nice couple who own the property, were very friendly and inviting. The casita was neat and clean when we entered, and we were supplied with cookware for the kitchen which comes in handy when you want to enjoy a home cooked meal or eat on a budget when vacationing. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the fireplace was inviting, and having a private entrance and back porch was a real plus. It's like vacationing away from home at a place that feels like home. The casitas are located a convenient 10 minute walk away from the main drag of Taos, and an even shorter drive if the weather isn't favorable. I would definitely stay here again and recommend friends and family to this cozy little getaway.
