Our stay was ok. Pool and beach were crowded due to high school/college spring breakers. Major police presence in front of condo building and on the beach due to spring breakers. Traffic jammed up every day in front of condo building. Restaurant options within walking distance very limited. Couldn't go into ocean due to rip current. Condo could've been cleaned better. Floors felt gritty due to sand starting Day 1 of our stay. Bedsheets had sand in them too. Cleaning staff should've vacuumed the floors better and provided better washed bed sheets. We ended up washing the sheets ourselves. Found sweat stains on the mattress cover. We ended up leaving 2 days early. If we come back to Panama City we will try staying at a different condo complex.

The wall in the master bedroom was pouring water down it and had black mold on the baseboard. It wasn't even raining outside. The indoor pool/hot tub was disgusting. The outdoor pool was freezing and nobody was able to swim in it. There were stains (from what we don't know) on the furniture. The dishwasher left the dishes dirty, leaving behind a black substance on the dishes (we hand washed everything). The front door of the unit was broken. The bar/restaurant wasn't open, even though it was advertised. The best thing about the property was the parking, as it was close to our 10th floor unit. Overall it was terrible. We left a day early. We would never go back.

Staying at this property was a great experience for me and my family! It was very family friendly. Great food and drinks and environment. Unfortunately we had to leave early because i got sick so we didnt stay the whole time we paid for but will definitely come back again and get to stay the whole time!

Overall we enjoyed our stay. Loves the washer and dryer in the room. However, the unit was not up to par. Dishwasher was old and not mounted into cabinet - tilted forward when opened and slides drawn out. Only one burner on stove worked - the others were dirty and smoked when turned on because of old food residue. There was no exhaust fan on stove. Only 1 fork - need more utensils. Towels and sheets thin and cheap. Pull out couch mattress flat and lumpy - could not sleep on it - very uncomfortable. Fridge made strange noises. Tv volume would not go up - we could hardly hear the tv. No dustpan, only broom. Our parking spot was on level 11, so it took 5.5 minutes upon entering the parking garage to reach our spot.

The whole property was filthy. The condo was very dirty too. There was urine on one of the toilets. The floors hadn’t been mopped and barely swept. The TV’s were not operable because remote were broken (tried new batteries). The TV in the living room had a black shadow on the picture. Not enough silverware. Balcony was filthy!!! The instructions to get to your condo wasn’t communicated. You get the condo number the parking but not the floor your condo is on. We needed a push wheelchair and security called a company they found on google, not a vetted company by Shore of Panama. I spoke with the company and gave them information. They said a chair was being a rush delivery. Over an hour later no chair. I called the company and they had no clue what I was talking about. I think your security team and management did an EPIC FAIL! You had sand wheelchairs, which is great, but why do you not have your own push wheelchair? Security said you use to. If this is true, shame on you! Disabled guests spend money just like regular folk! The only positive thing that happened was having to extend due to my husband becoming ill, which is why I needed a chair. The girl that took care of this was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Give her a raise and get her to train your other subpar staff.
This was a horrible experience. We will not be back! We will also leave other online reviews. I wonder if ADA laws are being broken????? Hummmm?

Did not have wash rags in the room and the room was dirty. Two elevators were broke down and it took 45 minutes to get on an elevator every time you needed one.

I rented this for my daughter who is in her 50's. It was dirty. She had to walk to Walmart and purchase cleaning supplies. She then found out that there was no room service and could not get towels. 2 of the elevators were overloaded with people and dropped a couple of floors and could not get out for several hours. Had I known all of this and more, I would have not booked.

This resort has gone downhill. It must be under new management. No air conditioning and a 30-45 minute wait for the elevators.

The views are amazing. The people are really friendly & laid back. Access to the beach is great. Everyone was complaining about the slow elevators & lack of parking. If you do not drive a small compact car it is really difficult to park. Overall we had a great time & met a lot of people. This condo building is very large with a lot of rooms. If you have children I would recommend staying on a lower level where you can utilize the stair’s.

Dryer did not work. Maintenance was unable to fix. 3 days with 10 people going to beach with no where to dry clothes. 6 elevators, 1 day 2 not working, on 20th floor, 10th floor parking assigned, had to wait sometimes for an hour for elevator. Parking deck was terrible getting in and out.

We got to our “resort” and the parking garage already proved to be a pain, which ehh whatever it’s parking…. Well… we get to the room and it’s FILTHY. The floors didn’t appear to be swept, dirt and filth build up on baseboard, cabinets had gunk all over them probably hadn’t been wiped down in weeks, dust and dirt piled high on fan blades, dirty underwear under one of the bathroom sinks, my sister sat on gum on one of the couches, we couldn’t use any kitchen utensils because they were disgusting and the drawers they were in were just as bad. Then the worst, the people above us, maybe 18-21 year old males peed on my mom off the balcony…. And security did NOTHING. They were still there the next night, and keep my sister and nieces up until 6 the NEXT morning. They don’t care about you, no type of refund offered, you can get peed on and say it’s not their problem and continue to let those people stay there. The pool was cloudy the whole time, and people were complaining about the smell of urine around the bushes that our balcony was above. The washing machine smelt AWFUL so we didn’t even get to wash our clothes or towels. One of the doors was off the hinges, and a remote was missing. Can’t wait for them to try to charge me for all of that. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

Elevators were a nightmare and rarely worked. Pool staff uneducated on rules and sought out things to reprimand you for. Saw roaches in our condo, no wash cloths provided.

I did like the fact that is a front beach, and stores nearby, I didn't like the fact to have to drive up to the 12 floors to get to my condo, and I dislike that the property I was assigned maintenance was so poor. that brown old carper was disgusting. and many other unattended parts of the property. I dislike to talk bad things about something but I just want other people to go through what I when through

We couldn’t park on the 7th floor as we were supposed to because it was roped off. We had to park on the 12th floor. The elevators were extremely slow if you could even get on. There was no AC vent in one of the bedrooms. There was no lent catcher in the dryer. The refrigerator was not cooling when we first got there and I had to call to find out how to make it cool. I tried calling the front desk everyday we were there and got no answer! I will never stay there again!

The room was terrible, not clean, food left in the oven, sticky counters, roaches crawling around day and night. Elevators stayed broken, the resort refused to move us to another room or clean it, and Expedia refused to get any of our money back. We left 2 days early because it was so nasty.

Our Condo was a disgusting mess. Sand in the beds. Mold and fungus all over the shower curtain. Nasty floors. Trash piled up outside the elevators. The fridge in our unit wasnt cold and you can’t adjust it. The light bulb in the fridge just hangs down from its wires. Furniture was falling apart and filthy. Toilets were nasty inside and out. Gross, slimy fungus on the balcony deck. This could be a good resort, but our unit was awful, half-hour waits on elevators and the parking situation for this unit is awful because it’s on the 11th deck. I recommend skipping this resort because the rules aren’t enforced and it’s just another rowdy mess, but if you must, only book when you can choose and review a specific unit. And pray you don’t get the unit I had, which I’m not allowed to mention. Nasty, Nasty, Nasty.

Shores of Panama was good but we did had problems at check in the staff are not very friendly you ask them a question an they just look at you like if they don’t understand what your saying and by staff I mean all the workers trying to direct you inside because the lady at the lobby desk was very nice an friendly also the elevator is a joke to many people trying to get up at ones takes a while but you always have those stairs other than that everything was great.

The condo itself was spacious. The pool is amazing and the beach is incredibly close! But there was a roach in the condo and by the pool. Their was a huge stain on the floor in one of the rooms and some of the furniture was on it’s last leg. Since they’re independently owned, you can’t request extra toilet paper, towels, etc. You have to buy your own once you use the original ones they provide. We thankfully came right after spring break so there was no elevator wait or noise at night. The majority of staff was very friendly!

Very disappointed and disgusted. Spent 1500.00 and there were roaches, shower curtain had mold, no garbage bags or simple items like this to help you stay in a location away from your home. Even had to buy toliet paper. Not enough blankets. Luckily we did bring a few from home. Every time we were in the room, we constantly were worried the roaches would be in our things. Definitely not worth the money. Do not recommend to anyone.

This place is kind of…funny. There’s music that plays from 10am-10 pm outside daily which feels a bit intrusive. We had several roach visitors in spite of the unit being sprayed for pests. The only cleaning supply in the unit was a dustpan and hand brush for an entire condo. It didn’t come with hand soap. a dish washing sponge, or any beach type amenities like chairs or towels. The pool/hot tub were so overly treated that our eyeballs hurt after 20
Minutes, and the sentiment was shared by others. I love the proximity to the beach and the town. I VERY much appreciated the person I could text with any questions or complaints and she was extremely responsive which was fantastic. Overall I don’t know if I would stay at this property again, but I’d hire the girl who was on the other end of that text number in a minute if I needed a customer service rep.

This is a beautiful resort however-the room had 2 holes in the ceiling from work being done, the air conditioner didn’t work and neither did the tvs! Maintenance was called and never came -after multiple attempts!! We left after the first night. Also, be aware that parking is a challenge . The parking deck is 11 stories and you are required to find your one space on the floor they tell you. The spaces are very small so SUVs are too tight.

For the price we paid, going in and seeing the property was awesome at first but after taking a closer look, the beds had huge stains…even the lamps were stained, the carpet was coming up and hooked multiple socks, luckily no one’s feet got cut on staples. The dishes had to be rewashed by us on vacation because they weren’t fully clean. All in all it could have been much better but we enjoyed the area so it made it worth the stay. I expected more for the money I put down. The workers weren’t the friendliest with communication. We never hinted off any of our problem so when talking to a worker for things like a utility cart getting stern response that in itself can be a bummer! Workers hold the place we stayed at up to a certain standard but not one worker gave a smile the whole time or seem pleased with their job. That made the place look pretty crappy in itself. I’m overall very disappointed with my stay.
