Pros: Bungalows were very clean. Beds were comfortable with lots of pillows to select from. Small kitchenette was a plus. Such a cute porch with a couch and a couple of chairs. This property was so clean. Pool area was awesome. All of the people who work at this resort are wonderful! Check out Nelson at the poolside bar! The lazy river was relaxing and the water slides were a hit with everyone. Waiters walk around the pool taking orders. The beach is just across the street and kept clean. The restaurants and bars on site are great. The food was pretty good.
Cons: the curtains are pull up with a plastic chain. They kept breaking then I couldn’t get one of them down.
We were told if we need new towels to put the dirty ones on the porch and they would supply new ones. This wasn’t done. Each bathroom is equipped with 2 rolls of toilet paper. After that you have to buy the toilet paper. What??? On the beach, if you want to use their chairs and umbrellas you have to pay $65 for 2 chairs and an umbrella. Again, what? As much as you pay at this resort you should be able to use the chairs and umbrellas they provide on their private beach! Seems a little silly to me. They offer bars and restaurants that are good but a lot of fried stuff. The menu is the same at the pool. It took a very long time to get your food.
Summary: very relaxing resort with just a few things I thought were silly. I would vacation here again!

I loved our family villa, right by the pool. We really enjoyed being able to hear the music and the atmosphere. Great vibes!

Probalby my own fault, however, I expected a larger villa on the beach. When I clicked on our villa when booking, I was only shown the Beach Villas layout and rooms. I was unpleasantly surprised to find out what my Villa looked like upon checkin. Also, no towel racks in lower bath, the patio had no covering (roof) so when in rained or on return from a day in in the Sun, we had go eat inside.Also, the property doesn't sleep "10 people", it sleeps "5 couples". Suttle but important distinction when you have 4-20+ grandchildren. Two had to sleep on a couch. If I was shown photos of the rooms I wouldn't have booked this particular villa. Alli-in-all, I would not return. PS: all personel were very accomodating
