Racquel, at the front desk, was and has always been superb! We have been there 4 times in the last 2 years and when she there our needs are met. She is patient and does whatever she can to accommodate. Thank you for taking care of my wife and myself. Looking forward to the next stay at the chateau by the sea! We also love being steps away from the beach and the emerald water!!
The rooms are adequate. The shower was not made for tall people, just keep that in mind (we are both 6 ft tall). But at the end of the day we come to see and be at the beach not lounge in the bathroom.

We’ve stayed there several times it’s right on the beach.
We had a water issue our bathroom flooded. They did put us in a different room, but wouldn’t give us any kind of a discount for future stays. This happened two days before we were to check out we didn’t have any help transferring our stuff to the other room. I felt we should be compensated for something.
