Most of the staff spoke little or no English. The description said the room had a safe but the safe not only did not work but it wasn't even bolted down. You could litteraly pick up the safe and carry it out of the rrom. They said they had breakfest but it was only room service

The hotel is in a great location, the staff is friendly and extremely helpful. The rooms are nice, only thing is that our air conditioner wasn’t working our last night there, but besides that it is a nice hotel.

Our 2nd stay over an 11 day span.
Location and staff are the best things about the Arsenal Suites. Close to transportation hubs for train and boats and tram run runs by. Close to a grand plaza.
Breakfast is simple buffet style, various croissant, pastries, cereal/granola, yoghurt, delicious coffee. Minimal hot breakfast, waffles on demand.
Excellent dining steps away, and 100s more up Alphonso st.

Amazing location. Hotel itself was fine overall. Our beds didn’t have blankets and staff was quite unhelpful (only one person working at the front desk was even remotely helpful during our five day stay). They also ran out of towels at one point? It was clean overall but the beds were very old and somewhat questionable. Honestly would stay again for the price and location but expect some bumps along the road in your stay.
