We had a great stay, 13 nights in total. Good standard on our double room (#11) overlooking the pool. It's just a few minutes walk to the main street, close to grocery store, bank and a few restaurants (with loads of them another 5-15 minutes walking along the main street). About a 10 minute taxi ride to the beaches.

It was excellent. Beautiful layout and service was great.

This is an amazing property to stay at .. it is not a resort or secluded hotel. It is a boutique hotel conveniently located on the corner of town near a grocery store with the best ATM, COVID testing and street vendors/restaurants nearby. The staff were phenomenal. Marco was the best host and gave amazing help with all things. The hotel was so clean, cute and cozy. It is on a major road but it was still quiet. I would easily stay there again. There was an excellent breakfast every morning with papaya, watermelon, bananas with yogurt drizzled and granola ... toast with butter and jelly ... fresh squeezed juice and coffee. The chef couldn't have been kinder. The rooms were cleaned daily to perfection. The shower was modern with great water pressure and shower head .. so nice! The room was very modern. Such a cute place that felt right. I enjoyed the pool daily. This hotel only has 11 units which kept it so personal and cozy ... it was probably less than half full so you got great individual attention. This place is a total win if you want convenience to town (walking there is easy), comfort, recognition because you are not lost in a crowd of hotel guests, and the price was right. This place has it all with really great staff/hosts. Rent this if you don't want a generic resort.

Uolis Nah is a peaceful, private oasis on the edge of central Tulum. The cone-shaped rooms are beautiful and spacious, the pool is perfect for an afternoon swim, and the staff could not possibly have been more helpful or friendly.
They helped us rent scooters, bikes, directed us to lesser-known cenotes, and made the hotel a great place to wake up every morning. I could not recommend the place more highly if you're looking to avoid the crowded tedium of the strip of fancy hotels along the coast (which sucks huevos)

The room is spacious and fairy close to food and transportation but is on a very busy road thus it is very noisy, you hear trucks and busses all day and night. The room could be most tastefully decorated but is kind of tacky. They clean the room and hallway with an awful smelly perfume so it was difficult to breath in the room. There are many better options that are in same price range

Es un buen hotel para estancias cortas, la limpieza es buena y la atencion también, lo único que podría mejorar es el desayuno .

This is the cutest little community of villas and perfect for a stay in Tulum, especially if you have rented a car! The rooms were spacious with creative design with a nice balcony. The location is just off the main strip of Tulum, so everything was so convenient. Staying here was also less expensive than staying down in a resort, so we were able to splurge on more elaborate excursions and activities. The staff was genuinely interested in helping us with information we needed and helped make the visit that much more special. We had a wonderful stay here and can't wait to come back!

The property felt like a tropical paradise. It was perfect. The only thing that we didn’t like was limited parking.

The rooms are fun and if you plan to cook they’re convenient with four burners, fridge, and sink. They’re also relatively spacious but could use an upgrade. Just changing the lightbulbs in the room would be an improvement. AC worked alright, but oscillating fans were re-wired in a sketchy way and we overall felt we paid too much per night despite the high season.

Good value and good location. Bikes basic but great for cycling to Tulum ruins early to miss the crowds. Would recommend.

The room was nice and spacious with bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and sofa area. The room was fresh with the cieling fan, no a/c. It was also strange that there was no tv but the internet was good so we streamed shows. Great breakfast.

Upon check in, i was surprised to find out that the room had no air conditioning. This made it very difficult to sleep every night. There were also a lot of bugs in the room. The shower had no hot/warm water. The stove also did not work. I looked forward to using a hammock, which was shown on the website. However, my patio had no hammock. There was only a chair sized hammock by my front door.

Excellent stay here at this hotel. It was more than expected. Atmosphere is great. Has a mini kitchen and a good size shower! It's was very well kept. I loved the hammocks located in each room, def gave the feeling of being in Mexico. Located a little far from the center, but the hotel provides free bikes to get around. The only problem was that it rained our last night there and somehow the water slipped in through the cracks. Not sure where the water came from but before I knew it there was water on the ground. I think they came from the Windows. Not a big deal, none of my belongings got wet. The staff was tremendously helpful and the breakfast was more than expected as well. Def a 4 star hotel!

The staff were only too pleased to be helpful and sort out the usual problems (water - cups - towels etc). The breakfast was far better than the advertised 'continenta' - on offer were cold meats -cheese - toast - jam - juice and loads of coffee. The rooms were spacious and the bed comfortable. The manager Enrico spoke English well (for an Italian) so no problem making ourselves understood.

The room was clean. We could not connect to the internet. No a/c. The TV didn't work, we booked for three nights but they only had room for two nights. They gave us a discount due to lack of space for third night. The continental breakfast was good. The coffee was excellent. I am trying to temper my negatives because my gopro and my laptop were stolen in the Playa bus station or on the bus to Tulum,

We stayed 1 night during visit Tulum. A small hotel, not easy to find. Took us half hour to finally find this hotel (asked 3 people, only 1 man gave us right direction). But the hotel is really nice, about 8 rooms in total. Room has a kitchen with necessary appliance, so we can cook a little bit. Free wifi, Free parking, and Free breakfast. Drive 10 minutes to the Tulum Maya Ruins. Drive about 30 minutes to Xel-Ha.

It's a perfect middle ground for all the activities in Tulum! A bike ride, short taxi, or nice walk away from the city center, beaches, ruins, cenotes, and the ado bus station!
The staff was extremely friendly and very helpful with any questions or concerns we had. Every day when we returned from our outings, our beds were made and the room looked clean.

We stayed at this hotel for one night in between our drive from Villadolid to see Tulum and Muyil the next day. When we arrived, the credit card machine was down so we had to get cash to pay the hotel which wasn't a big deal just a bit of a hassle. We went into the hotel and planned to rest for a few hours before going back out for dinner. There was a knock at our door and the owner wanted to drop off a TV. We were so exhausted we didn't even notice the TV wasn't in the room at checkout. So we let the owner/employee in to bring the TV and install it. After we rested we walked into town to have dinner. When we got back to the hotel, the TV was gone. The employees working didn't say anything to us and we were a little shocked the employees just entered our room. We were worried some of our things had been stolen, but we didn't see anything missing. More than anything the experience left us on edge as we didn't know if the employees were going to enter our room at any other point in time. Also the hotel is across the street from a gentleman's club, which played loud music all day and night.

Interesting architecture (round room). The 'free' loaner bikes are in poor shape resulting in a uncomfortable ride.
