The weather was against us so at first the boats were not running form the jetty to the island and this was made more stressful as the hotel does not take calls at the weekend so we were unable to ask for help. The BUBu desk at the jetty were able to reassure us once we found it, so I do not know why calls would not be directed to them as they were obviously open every day.
The staff in the restaurant and bars were all very friendly and helpful. The food is excellent and the cocktails great-particularly the free 5pm one!
It would be helpful if some information was given in the rooms like how to use the safe, air con etc. as we were only given brief information on arrival.

The best resort on the Island. The room was exactly what you expect on a small island, basic but beautiful if you want to just relax. Food was excellent and so was the service. Highly recommend.
