The hotel is lovely and very relaxed atmosphere. We had a fabulous time.
Our room was lovely with balcony.
My only regret is that we did not get a room with a balcony over looking the bay. Unfortunately , the hotel was fully booked and we could not upgrade.

What a fantastic stay; from the check all the way through check out, my experience (with my 3 year old daughter) was absolutely flawless. Staff were first class and super attentive, the room and location absolutely perfect with tram station, beach, boat tours and an array of restaurants literally metres away.
We will recommend and be back!

Great location on the beach with beach views. Friendly staff. Clean, spacious rooms. Wonderful breakfast.

The service is really fantastic. There might be some issues with older buildings and perhaps the aircondition is a little outdated - but the people and the rooms are excellent.
