It’s a good value for money. My only complain is that the angle of the shower head is bad, spilling water all the way to the toilet area.

Friendly and helpful staff and they spoke English and we received some welcome cookies which was very nice. Location is excellent for all the trains and metro and options for food and convenience stores. Wifi worked well and rooms were clean and comfortable size. We did laundry and it was a good washer and separate dryer which actually dried the clothes properly. They also provide complimentary detergent and there is complimentary coffee machine and water dispenser on the main floor.

Booked here kind of last minute after our previous booking tallied some recent poor reviews and we felt we should cancel. That turned out to be a great thing! What a wonderful hotel! Very convenient location. John is super helpful. Very comfortable beds in our triple room. Perfect for our family of 3. Nice to have coffee in the lobby.
Just a couple of things: poor internet speed and reliability. And it would make a world of difference having a couple of hooks per guest on the walls to hang clothes.
Definitely recommend staying at Relax 2.
