I thought the location for me was excellent .The room was nice and had everything I needed. The price was good .My only downside was the reception bell not been heard in the morning on arrival due to bad coverage.

Lovely helpful staff. Room had a little courtyard. Great for our little dog. Great location for Auckland amenities.

The check in was so nice and easy. Very caring staff, even she changed my room upon request. Main thing was pet was allowed as I had to take my dog for 8.30am appointment and I am out of Auckland.
Room was great! Nice n clean. Have booked again.

Well provisioned kitchen, felt could do with some bowls for food and place mats for table and siide tables.
Lacking in instruction manuals for oven, tv, air conditioning and microwave.
Found bed ok but pillows to hard.
Central well located property.
Renovated and nicely decorated.
Advertise reception open from 8 am to 8pm only contact by phone. No one in attendance on site while I was there. No issues with noise. Interesting way of running a motel.
