The room was not what we expected. The beds were bare-bones and hard. Items from a previous tenant were still in the bathroom which made us wonder if the room had been cleaned. The tiny soap pack was old; the soap was broken in many places. More than half the outlets either didn't work at all, or were shaky. The TV remote didn't work. On our last morning, there was no water. The hosts were apparently new, and said they were striving to repair and update the motel. They were helpful in providing a remote that did work the TV, and provided an extra pillow (the 2/bed pillows were very flat). The refrigerator froze items placed inside (warning to those who need to refrigerate medication).
If the hosts can get the repairs and updates completed, this would be an adequate (not luxury) accommodation.
