The only complaint I had was when I took a shower there was no hot water but the sink to wash my hands had hot water.

Amazing! I felt extremely comfortable and safe having my kids stay there. Their hospitality is unmatched, Paolo at Nobu concierge was very accommodating and friendly. I look forward to staying with them in the future

Pros: Amazing pool area, architecture, and landscaping. Comfortable rooms, close to the airport.
Cons: Construction noise, faraway from everything else in Manila.

Everything was excellent, except for checking out. I was made to wait for half an hour when all I had to do was pay valet parking… Also, the blow dryer was not working…

I LOVE this hotel! The staff & amenities are top notch. One of the best hotels I've stayed at and I plan to continue to stay at their other locations when I travel again. One of the things I loved was when they did cleaning service in my room, they left a bookmarker with a meaningful quote! I kept them all!

The staffs are amazing. The overall experience is incredible. The only spot I didn’t like was the casino area and the restaurants area, they smelled

This hotel has really bad smoke issue, it was so bad we were not able to rest well and we all got sick. The smoke smell stuck to all of our stuff even days after leaving the property. We’ll never come back again

The staffs are very friendly, courteous, respectful, knowledgeable and very helpful. The ambiance was so relaxing ,very clean and quiet. The hotel location is close to the international airport.

We enjoyed our brief stay at Nobu, however coming from staying a week at The Peninsula Manila we felt the staff at Nobu was just a notch less than the Pen in terms of friendliness. At the Pen EVERY single staff member from the front desk to the cleaning staff ALWAYS said Good Morning or Afternoon Sir/Madame, which was a nice touch.
Otherwise, the property is beautiful, our room was large and nicely laid out, good dining options at the resort, casino was fun, and a close walking distance to the Ayala Mall across the street!
We would definitely stay at Nobu again.

Fantastic hotel!
The woman who checked me in was very friendly, knew my name as they were expecting me and upgraded me to a nobu suite. The room was very stylish, comfy bed and wonderful bathroom (self lowering toilet seat w water function!). Robes, nice toiletries and free minibar and snack (once per stay). There is a casino attached w many eateries. The band they have on at the casino bar were brilliant, drinks were reasonable too and bar staff fantastic. I ate at nobu which was brilliant (thank you Martin), I arrived late and they accommodated me. 5 vegetarian dishes and a beer was only around £32. Beaut pool area to use also. I used grab app for a taxi to and from, 15 min journey in traffic. Woooe love to have stayed longer

Overall the stay was wonderful. Caution for those traveling from abroad that if purchase alcohol from duty-free, the hotel only allows 2 bottles. Not sure if per guest or per party. Hotel has a ‘only on premise’ strict policy regards to outside food & drink.

It is a bad review for me, i paid good money to have a good stay in a hotel but my room keys are not working and nobody is helping me. And no complimentary breakfast? Jesus

Will NEVER go back here again. Terrible experience, Too many process to deal with to be able to do anything in the hotel. Even going to the pool had to be questions multiple times in order to use it. Check in was a hassle questioned from reception and afterwards get question multiple times over and over again. Getting 1 extra towels we get interrogated like there's suppose to be a limit. Shuttle are not that much of transport. Smells like cigarette smoke everywhere you go in the hotel. Can't bring food from outside for my baby in the hotel. Rate this hotel 1 out 5.
