The location is very near the airport, shopping malls, cafe, restaurants.
The room was not cleaned properly, there were some finger nails on the floor, seems like the previous guest did some nail cutting. The staff from the reception are not communicating with each other. I have ordered an extra bed from the previous staff and then when we followed it up on a later time person I spoke to has no clue what I was talking about. The extra was not set up properly and of course I paid breakfast with the extra bed and to my surprise the staff in the morning said it was not included. I have receipt as a proof. Apart from that the rest of your staff are very helpful and accommodating. Thank you.

I like that the rooms were made close to each other and they're fairly clean. The location is good because it's connected to the mall. Some staff were courteous and helpful.
The rooms were spacious but too expensive. There weren't a lot of variety or choices and the menu for breakfast were just the same everyday compared to other SEDA hotels. The kids played in the hotel's playroom but the toys weren't sanitized or cleaned. The toys were sticky and broken with missing parts or pieces. The slide wasn't there. It was very different from the picture. The indoor playground was the one we wanted to go to when we booked here because other hotels don't have a play place but sadly it wasn't well maintained. I requested a crib the first night but it wasn't delivered not until I followed up again the next day. My dad had to pay for the parking because he didn't know he had to follow up and get his complimentary pass at the front desk. I was the one who checked in and they didn't tell me or my dad about it. These reminders should be mentioned upon check in.
