Great staff... great breakfast... clean facilities and rooms.
The bed was harder than I works have liked.. but it was clean. When i asked for a room with a softer mattress, the staff added comforters under the fitted sheet...& that helped.

Their breakfast buffet is so good. Even though there are a lot of people, the food tray was never empty! They are so quick to refill the dishes!
Parking Space is a bit challenging. Parking Space in the hotel building is limited. But the Open parking space beside the hotel is okay.

The staff were absolutely AMAZING! So kind and considerate, they even gave us a chocolate cake and bottle of wine for our anniversary which was so sweet. The hotel overall and food is great!
The one thing that wasn't great were the rooms being a bit run down. Our floor during our first stay (9th floor) smelt of sewerage and in the second room we stayed in smelt okay on the floor but of sewerage in the room 713 (we booked here twice at the start/end of our trip). The first room we stayed in, the towel racks weren't screwed in properly which meant our towels kept falling off and the coffee machine was placed on a plastic rack. When the machine was turned on, your cup would fall over if you didn't hold it on due to the rattling against the plastic rack. These aren't major however our room flooded on the first night from the washing machine filter not being screwed in properly. This then flooded all the way under the lamp, rug and couch of the room, which neither were removed. This is a bit of a safety hazard when it comes to electricity and potential mould forming.
