Our stay in this hotel was fantastic. The cafe offers good food and we also enjoyed our in room dining. The room was nice and comfortable. Debbie at the check-in counter was kind and gave us a warm welcome. Two thumbs up for customer service. We will definitely stay at Solaire again.

We were denied towels. They said there weren’t enough. We asked to pay for a later check out and we weren’t allowed either. Not kid friendly. Room didn’t smell fresh

Excellent property. Our room was not available due to maintenance, so we were upgraded to a suite. The most luxurious, clean, modern, comfortable, room I have ever experienced in all my travels. They really pay attention to details. The casino was awesome as well. Plenty of tables and no waiting. We will definitely make Solaire our hotel of choice when ever visiting Manila.

The property is nice though noisy. The most terrible is the toiletries provided in the bathroom such as the shampoo, conditioner and body wash. It’s same as those provided in cheap hotels.

Cleanest pool ever! And the perfect size . Staff at the hotel, restaurants & pool were superb! And food at the Poolside & Patisserie was good...since we were vegetarian, there were Several delicious choices...Poolside restaurant had sude orders that we enjoyed.

The room is big enough though I requested for the room in Sky Tower for easy access in the swimming pool but there’s no room available according to their staff that time. It’s so hard to let my 83 years old to walk all the way to the pool area watching us and her godchildren enjoying since I celebrated my birthday that day in the hotel.But we enjoyed our day together especially our dinner time with the family.

I asked housekeeping for simple stuff like Splenda or equal sugar, creamer for coffee and they never put some in my room. Then I called 0 and front desk no one ever delivered it in my room. I was out of bottle water too

Great atmosphere. A bit disappointed with the breakfast and dinner buffet. Not quite what I was expecting for the price. Staff was outstanding. Great place to unwind before returning to the USA. Close drive to the airport.

I’ve stayed at Solaire last yearand it was excellent that’s why I came back this year. I stayed for 3 days in the Sky Tower which was wonderful. The first and second nights were fabulous; had dinner in one of the restaurants;slept well and had a wonderful stays all in all except the last night. There were so much commotions and raucous on the 17 th floor very closed to our room (1727) that my companion and I barely had a decent sleep. There was much shouting and running by those people causing all the raucous so much so we had to call the desk to do something about the noises which I believed lasted for about an hour if not less. If not for the unfortunate incident on our last night our stay could be considered excellent.
