Our stay was outstanding. Loved the building, our room, the food and the atmosphere. The level of care for its customers was mind blowing! Definitely on the top of one of the best places I have stayed.

Had a great stay, the room was very pleasant. A couple nice touches: the heater in the room was a fireplace (behind glass) whose temperature you could set. It was very atmospheric; and since I was leaving before breakfast hours, they packed a nice to-go breakfast for me. The building is apparently in a historic district, and it’s within walking distance of a lot of restaurants. there’s a lot of Vietnamese and Cambodian food, which was a nice treat. I think my only issue was that there could’ve been one more electrical outlet. And it would’ve been nice to meet the owners — they did have someone on premises.

This is excellent inn, friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast. Super close to downtown Kingston. Leave the car parked, walk and enjoy. My only complaint for a winter stay is the air is super dry and the heaters were turned up too high so it wasn’t the best sleep. I will come back!

It is a beautiful property with a staff that is very accommodating. Amanda was amazing. The room was beautiful and I loved the in- room fireplace. The location was excellent for walking to Princess street. If I had anything negative to say, it would be that it took a while for the hot water to come but this is the down side of a historic building.

Wonderful stay at the Rosemount Inn. The staff was lovely. We enjoyed the history and architecture of the home. Breakfast was delicious and nice that it could be taken to our room as the dining room can get busy. Highly recommended

We loved the appeal of the entire Inn. The breakfast was amazing. Our room #2 was conveniently outfitted for our brief stay. Our only disappointment was the lack of a working fridge and a second chair to sit and enjoy the complimentary champagne. We didn't even realize that the Inn is allegedly "haunted" until a trolley tour the next day!!

Only stayed one night passing through Kingston on the way to Ottawa but had always wanted to stay here during my time at Queens University. Wonderfully renovated Tuscan villa. We stayed in a large room with a king and were greeted to fresh cookies, a small bottle of sparking rose and artisan chocolate. Breakfast in the morning was great. Would come back when spending a weekend in Ottawa. Great location and walking-distance to downtown.

The lack of TV's and clocks in the rooms made it very relaxing and stess free environment. Also the room we had had a small porch that was wonderful for a evening glass of wine or morning coffee.

Lovely old Victorian mansion in quiet residential neighbourhood, recently renovated and very comfortable. Efficiently air conditioned. Buffet breakfast and cookies available. Large yard surrounding the house with comfy spots to sit, relax and read. A short walk to downtown.

This was our first time staying in a B&B and we were pleasantly surprised by how beautiful the property was, how clean, comfortable and lovely the rooms were, how courteous and accommodating the staff were - especially Michelle, who was such a pleasure to deal with, and how delicious the breakfast was. The Rosemount’s ambiance extends from its curb appeal, to the common rooms and the beautifully decorated guest suites. You feel like you are on holiday but at home - all at the same time. We are already planning our next visit!

A quaint place with lots of charm. Very clean and maintained. Enjoyed the fresh buffet breakfast as well as the chocolate, fresh cookies and sparkling wine when we arrived. Highly recommend it!

We had a lovely time at the Rosemount. Michelle made us delicious breakfasts and was extremely courteous. The rest of the staff was also polite, friendly and helpful. We were in Room 3 which suited us very well. We enjoyed the balcony and used the private office space upstairs. We hope to come back.
