Good accommodation within a 20 minute walk of the main areas of Kingston. Hotel was full so there was a lot of people around.
Breakfast was excellent with a good choice although again it was a bit noisy due to being at full capacity. Good value though
The bathroom could have been cleaner as there were so hairs left on the floor and around the door frame. Overall it was ok but the hotel is looking a bit dated in places

Excellent hotel. Room was clean, large, well equipped and the shower had plenty of hot water. Staff were friendly and wll trained. The highlight of course was the extension buffet breakfast. Best we had in Canada on our 3 week trip.
A bit too far to walk to downtown. We did walk one day as it was a lovely weather and you can get down to the lake front easily. Taxi/Ubers are available however.

Beautiful area, grounds kept fairly well. Breakfast was done quite well.
Front desk (male staff), a little rough around the edges and not open to accommodate requests (given months in advance).
Overheard other guests checking out ahead of me that had some negative feedback about cleanliness…he was quite dismissive and didn’t really try anything other than a feeble apology and “I’ll let housekeeping know”.
