It was a lovely place with lovely staff and guests. I stayed in the beach villas. Beautiful and right on the beach! A few of us all went out with the owner for dinner and to watch a live band. Fantastic evening. Garry is a genuine guy, very smart and funny, welcoming and always smiling. I'm thinking I'll be back again someday!

Great, friendly, happy, funny, helpful staff. Beautiful fruit welcome plate of fresh pineapple and watermelon. Amazing place! Going back soon!!!

The rooms are literary 10 steps away from the beach.
Hard to deny that their facilities are old but considering location and price, it's not a problem for us.
This hotel consists of 2 parts, rooms on the beach and on the mountain. There are no swimming pool on beach side and only reachable by their car if you do not have your own car/bicycle.
Not too busy neighborhood but there are some local diners , restaurants, convenience stores and massage parlors within 5 mins walk.
15 mins walk to center of lamai, ok access to Chaweng with 100-200thb/per by taxi during nights.
