Rooms were clean. Front desk was friendly. Breakfast was BAD. Milk was spoiled and chunky. Small selection. Coffee creamer was out.

The beds and pillows were comfy! The room was nice and clean. Very friendly workers!! The hot tub was shut down by the health department when we were there and the pool was extremely cold. Couldn’t even swim in it. I had 1 very disappointed child.

The rooms were very nice, but there weren't enough outlets for charging, the outlet plate on the left corner of table under the tv you couldn't use, the adapter wouldn't stay in no power. Also the pillows were uncomfortable

Our stay overnight went well for the most part. The room was clean and overall looked nice except for the bathroom tub wasn’t entirely clean. It was somewhat noisy when trying to get to sleep. The beds were comfortable but we could tell the mattresses were a little worn. Breakfast was nice and came included in the cost of the room. A very pleasant stay for the most part.

The room was in terrible condition. It smelled like dog urine. There was even a wet spot on the floor from urine. The hotel said there were no other rooms to let us transfer too. An employee came to the room and stated it smelled terrible. She very kindly sprayed freshener but every time the furnace kicked in the putrid smell was back. She also reported that 3 dogs were in the room the prior night. The employee also stated she would alert management and have them contact us. Additionally when checking out, I suggested the room be deep cleaned prior to renting again. The receptionist stated a member of management would contact us. No one has contacted me. And no one even asked us if anyone had allergies or other health related issues at check in. Very little sleep and a long way to drive after a family funeral.

Great location for what we needed. Hotel was very clean. The pool area on the other hand was kind of gross. Paint coming off the walls and the hot tub was shut down. The chlorine level in the pool was so high it burned your eyes for hours after swimming.

Over priced. Indoor pool & hot tub were closed. The only working ice machine was on the 3rd floor. Our tub was cracked & chipped. Lighting was horrible. Juice machine out of order. Pancake machine out of order. No milk or cereal the second day. Many things in need of repair.

This was horrible from the get go. Checked in to a room that the door wouldnt latch, so they quickly changed rooms for us. I then check my bank account and had been double charged. When i approached the front desk they said oh whats wrong now. So i kindly expained and she said yea that will happen when you switch rooms, theres nothing i can do for you. So all my extra money got tied up in a charge i never should have been charged for and thus ruined our whole weekend. Not to mention i shoukd have never been charged for a second room when i didnt use a second room, i switched due to the safety of our door not latching shut.

I checked in and they were going to charge me more than what my reservation said. I asked why, she said you reserved a single bed and we are out, so it gave you a room with double beds and those are more. She initially offered a refund but then ended up giving me the room for the price that was listed on my reservation.

A wall in our room looked pretty gross and not clean. And the pool room was horrible. One wall had paint/plaster all over the ground, the walls looked disgusting. The the pool was freezing cold. The hot tub was closed and filthy (it was closed a year ago when we stayed with the same sign on it). The shower in the pool area was one stream of water which was like the pressure of a pressure washer and painful for any person or child to rinse off. The temperature couldn’t be adjusted because the handle was broken.

The lighting in the rooms is inadequate. In the bathroom the light above the sink was out. Call front desk and they couldn’t figure out what to do. Young guy came to look .
Just bewildered. So I took bulbs out and took to front desk asking for new ones. No new bulbs- pathetic. You should have someone around that can change a light bulb! So they moved us to anew room — only to find out it hadn’t been cleaned. So third room should be the charm right?
Well we settled on it but get this— the light in the shower was out. Oh Well.

Upon check in, were handed a card with zero words from receptionist. Had to open it to read room # and pry it out of her where we should park to be closest to our room. Tub didnt drain but room was clean though you could hear every single stomp above. Hot tub was closed 3 days prior by health dept for lack of chlorene but it still wasnt rectified. Walls around pool area were under repair and flakes and chunks of drywall all over the pool area where kids walk barefoot. No reason this was not cleaned up over the 2 day period. Overall the hotel is run down and in need of repairs.

It was clean for the most part. The only bad part was the empty water bottle laying there when we got there. The bathroom door didn’t latch, the shower stop wouldn’t stay up so water built up when you showered, remote didn’t work so had to unplug the tv to turn off. The second drawer had a dirty rag. Tried to tell someone at the front desk when we left about 8:30 in the morning and no one up at the front desk.

Our room smelled like vomit and when we asked the front desk for help they refused to move us or help in any way. Oh, they did offer to change rooms if we paid a $50 up charge. Another guest brought down Febreze and let us borrow it and return to him. Thank God for angels. We will absolutely not be staying again, and we travel this direction a LOT for our childrens sporting events.

The hot tub was not in service! There should be disclaimers, warnings or notifications required by the hotel to provide on travel sites and hotel personal website! I needed this for my physical therapy. Hopefully will get a credit or refund.

Nice enough hotel. Pool area walls were falling apart and hot tub had a closed by inspector sign on it. Beds are really firm. Easy to get to and good location.

Not only was my credit card charged through Expedia but the hotel asked for a credit card at check in. When i asked them if it showed it was already paid they said yes this card was for incidentals. When i checked out the next morning there was no one at the front desk. Only a studip small sign that read the front desk wasnt available. About an hour later i was notified by my credit card that a charge had went through. After looking it showed i was charged for my room again. So I called the hotel who ever answered said there was no manager in but not to worry it would be reversed. About an hour later a reversal showed on my card. A while later that day there was another charge and another reversal. So all of them show pending not 4 days later the 2 extra charges went through and the credits disappeared. When I called the hotel again the manager was not in. I think the staff and management is poor at best at rhis facility. Now waiting to here from managemnt why I was charged 3 times for the same room. Terrible management.

The light above the sink in the bathroom was out so the only light was the light above the shower. I reported it to the front desk but being Friday evening, there was no one to fix it. I made do as it was difficult finding a room in Fargo due to several events in town. The front desk person was apologetic about the situation. The room was very nice and clean and I would definitely stay here again.

Main bathroom light wasn’t working, elevator was in rough condition, dining area wasn’t well kept. Staff was nice and I felt safe.
