Front desk was very friendly, but the room was not clean. Several bugs in the bathroom coming up out of the drain. The lotion bottle was used and almost empty. The shampoo bottles in the shower were severely watered down. Also the stomping from up stairs kept us up all night. Our room was not cleaned during our stay, they said it was because of the pandemic, first of all the pandemic has been over for quite some time now, secondly how would not cleaning and providing clean linens help with a pandemic? I thing they use this as an excuse to not have to clean the rooms! And it wasn’t even clean when we checked in! We will not be returning unfortunately.

This is by far the best hotel staff ever. They helped us to our room when we needed help, they gave us a very nice room close to the elevator as my mom needed a wheelchair. I have never experienced a friendlier staff. I will definitely be staying here again. Thank you for your genuine kindness!

There was no stay!!! Around 8:30pm I was notified my reservation had been cancelled by a hotels.com agent. I was confused because I had already checked in hours before on the Marriott app. I even included my arrival time of 9:15pm. After informing Hotels.com of this on the phone, the agent was confused as well. He had no clue as to what to tell me and suggested that I call the hotel to find out what was going on. According to the hotel they had a lot of stay overs and my room was given away!!! At no time was I notified about this prior to that evening. I am unsure what having a reservation means anymore because my reservation should have been good until midnight. Again, I had already checked in via the Marriott app!!! The hotel suggested transferring me to another hotel down the street. I did not want to stay at that property, so I had to scramble and find a hotel while DRIVING DOWN THE HIGHWAY! Obviously it doesn't do any good to use Hotels.com if you are staying at a Marriott property because the Marriott app doesn't work like it should and the communication between the app and hotel properties lapse. I will no longer book any hotel through Hotels.com!!

I would highly recommend to stay at this hotel. Close to a lot of stores, fast food and restaurants. Will be back in November.

i did not like that it had a very small bar area and i did not like i had to pay extra to park my car!!

this is a nice quiet Marriott courtyard. The staff are wonderful.

This hotel is clean, quiet, and conveniently located. We were able to utilize their free shuttle to the airport. The staff are friendly and very helpful. Will stay again!

The Bistro serving dinner and breakfast was so convenient and the food was good. The entire staff were helpful and pleasant.
