The absolute most adorable bed and breakfast. Beautifully decorated, spotless clean, conveniently located. An absolute gem. The breakfast was delicious and 5 star quality. Erica and her hubby are super sweet and professional. Too many lovely touches to mention.

Breakfast was sonething different each morning. Fresh fruit, meat, frittata, coffee, juice were all excellent. Room was veey comfortable and we appreciate the upgrade where we had our own porch.

Brit was amazing when welcoming us to the Oakland Cottage. Everything was perfect in terms of cleanliness. The cottage as well as the room was warm and welcoming. The breakfast was delicious as well as the cookies we received upon arrival. I definitely would stay here again.

This is the only place we stay when we come to Asheville! Beautiful property and all the staff are first class. They are very accommodating with my gluten allergy and the food is delicious! Don’t miss this place!
