Horrible experience. What hour for the toilet. Won’t flush as well. When requested someone to fix issues front desk staff stated that we can use common restroom downstairs. We checked in at 3am but not willing to extend even one hour. Never again.

Was okay, pool was closed which we weren’t informed of until checkin, room wasn’t the cleanest, checkin desk guy wasn’t super friendly. And wifi was a hassle to connect to. Breakfast was good though

Unfortunately there were guests staying at the hotel associated with a hockey tournament that disrupted the entire hotel with their extremely disrespectful behaviour towards other guests and the staff of the hotel. The boys were running in the halls all evening from 11 pm to 3 am knocking on doors, screaming and yelling to one another. We asked them to stop ant 2 anm and this resulted in the boys from room 508 and 509 calling our room and banging on our door. Apparently the staff attempted to stop the behaviour, however they were met with insults from the boys. The staff of the hotel explained that the parents of the boys were not responsive to the staff.

I disliked that the reservation was no refunds, then get an email stating the pool is closed until further notice since covid. That was my whole point of getting this hotel. The rooms were large & clean, the hotel was very quiet. A nice breakfast included in the morning, but the eggs & sausage were super over salted, I couldn't eat them.

Great stay, staff were very helpful. The one complaint I would have is that the pool is prohibitory cold. If they could turn up the temp I could’ve had a full dip in the pool.

We liked this Hampton Inn as it is fairly new and has a fresh feel to it. The room was comfortable and spacious. The breakfast was very good. An excellent stay overall.

The room is excellent, the hotel is very clean, but when we arrived there was no liquid soap and the breakfast was a little weak, there was no saussage or bacon.

Absolutely wonderful hotel. This hotel is better than some of the hotels in Niagara Falls!!!! Rooms are beautiful, smell fresh and clean, huge bathroom that i can even dance in lol. Great breakfast and surprisingly the coffee is pretty good. The beds super comfy, it was quiet and we slept great. My husband would always get up at 5am but he slept in until 7. Thank you for a great night sleep and lovely room!!!!

The staff here is excellent. They are friendly, helpful and engaging. The workout room is a good size with plenty of equipment. The pool temp was off and they made previous arrangements for guests to swim at the sister hotel next door. That, too, was a great experience. Breakfast was good. Many options, with good signage. Everything was clean and comfortable.

Everything was great about this hotel. My only negative was I specifically picked this hotel for myself and my son to use the pool. Unfortunately it was ice cold, and put a bit of a damper on our stay.

This location never disappoints! Our go to for Sarnia. All the staff were fantastic, inclusing the breakfast area. Nice and quiet location.

Nothing unique, just a regular hotel. Unfortunately we lost power one day and also there was a lot of work being done for the entire 3-day stay. It had to be done but the two things were a bit inconvenient.

Had an incident on the highway . Didn’t think to cancel hotel . Just booked a hotel half of the distance to original area . I arrived to check in and was greeted with . That’s your fault . I repeated I had an incident and didn’t think . I will get my manager . Manager arrives I repeat my scenario . Sorry we have sold your room and charged you . I had an incident I repeated . Sorry about that but that’s your fault .. So I can’t now stay these two nights . No we are full . Here is your printed bill . That is how I was treated . I’m my opinion it was disgraceful

I thought the security deposit of $250 was excessive and did not like that I had to stop at reception when I was leaving to be assured that charge was reversed. I was a bit concerned that it was a scam.
