Great stay. Friendly staff. My wife and I went for a single night to attend a concert. The only hiccup was our room keys losing their charge too quickly. Sundridge was also in the middle of a transition into a 4 Points, so that was a bit confusing when we first drove up. Hallway carpets messed with my vision. Lol.

Do not stay here. Hockey clubs are 95% of there business, per management. Imagine lord of the flies. Multiply this by 10. Seven to ten year olds running, yelling, screaming in the halls all afternoon until 11 pm, with the hockey kid parents getting bombed (drunk) in their rooms. Hôtel staff unwilling to do anything about this, as again, hockey clubs are 95% of their business. Felt like a prisoner in my own room here. Hôtel staff said that this type of behavior is to be expected at this hotels particularly with youth hockey clubs. ZERO stars. This is not how a business or hotel should operate

The hotel it's self AWESOME. My biggest complaint is the way the people I was there with were treated. We were there with my grandson's hockey team, Hamilton Huskies. Friday evening during our dinner, one team, not ours, was disrespectful, yelling, screaming, running around the restaurant while their parents sat doing nothing. Glasses broken, garbage on the floor, the buffet a free for all of touching and taking. Then during the evening, our hallway was their play area, and went unchecked by parents and or security. Saturday night was the ultimate. Our parents had gathered in the hallway outside their rooms, security came and told them they needed to go to the lobby. So they did, and there while sitting quietly they observed the Brantford 99s parents in the bar area, while the players were running the halls doing whatever they wish, unchecked again. Due to the noise levels, we eventually returned to the hallway. We were not loud, aggressive or or allowing or players to run the halls, but low and behold, here comes the night manager, again telling us to disperse. Followed closely by by a cleaner threatening us with us being thrown out. All the while, other teams were still running rough shot through the floors. One of our parents was accosted and insulted by said cleaner. This hotel was clearly not prepared for the amount of hockey teams they allowed in the hotel. And instead picked on and centred out one team.

Stayed at this property years ago when it was a Holiday Inn. Is now in the process of changing to a Four Points Sheraton. Great room and a great value. Only complaint would be that a drinking glass was unwrapped from the plastic wrap, the counter top at the microwave needed cleaning and one of the coffee whitner packets was opened. We loved the indoor pool. Will definately stay here again. Excellent one night "Staycation"!
