The room and bathroom were clean. The bedding was clean. The refrigerator was clean and cold. I felt some concern for people walking to other areas of building and yet, there were no problems whatsoever. We were grateful for the lower price and accept less than newer condition of the rooms. Motel staff were very helpful, attentive and courteous.

The beds were clean and comfortable. The TV was large and had many channels to choose from. The coffee was tasty although there was no sugar and you had to go up to the office to get it. The fixtures were old but for the most part worked. All in all I'd say it was a good value for the dollar

For a cheap hotel it worked. But we got sent initially to a room that wasn’t cleaned at all. The second room had two smaller beds in it. The third time was the charm.

Property was a bit rundown for the price. The location was good with walking distance to many places. The rooms were actually nicer than the outside, but the bathrooms were not remodeled.

Although, the staff voided the security deposit, still bothersome to see it lingers in the credit card for 5 days after check out. Room was fair enough, staff are helpful, location is near the Main Street. It’s going to be helpful if they have a chair in the room too. All went well so far.

I like that they welcome pets and the staff was very generous to help when you got a problem with your room. The parking lot is small, but i don't think people would stay long in a motel so they can open parking space up.

Loved the hiking trail next to motel. Did not like the River bugs in our room and was disappointed there was not a coffe maker in the room

After checking in I left for a walk. Returned to the room and had been a couple of hours. I didn’t notice the bed bugs on arrival, but there were many. Also wood laminate flooring in the rooms, so very loud neighbors. Unfortunate because it was a nice location.

Room was ok, priced as it was I didn’t expect luxury. Staff was over the top helpful, but there were small bugs, beetles, swarming around the entrance door to the room. Once the door opened they came inside. I was told they were River Beetle and harmless. They still should be exterminated

The only things I did not like were: TV had to be reset from behind every time we wanted to watch Small grey bugs in the bathroom on the floor and on the counter - not cockroaches. But icky.

This property is under new ownership and the new owners have done a great job remodeling rooms. The rooms were clean and well taken care of.

The night clerk was extremely nice and welcoming. The only real complaint was that the bathroom sink was dirty, and by that I don't mean dusty or something that could be easily rinsed away.

First hostel experience, trying not to set my expectations too high, I could’ve dealt with the smell of the air was circulating a little better. Room was unbelievably hot. Prisoners have better beds. Ended up leaving at 2 am to sleep in my vehicle because that was more comfortable. Last straw was when I felt a bug crawling on me. -27 out of 10

The Motel is a non-cookie cutter, non-chain Motel with a mellow vibe. Check in was easy, security locks keyless and modern. Emailed staff to respond to a question and received immediate feedback. Walked downtown and had a pleasant evening.

I did not get a refund for cancelling the first night at the property-the room was definitely not worth $200 per night. The second night I stayed in a shared room (hostel). It was myself, single female, in a room with three other unknown men. I felt unsafe and uncomfortable. The pillow and bed had stains on them and very uncomfortable. It was bunk beds made for children. I have spent many nights in hostels in numerous countries- this was by far the worst I have ever seen. I left at 0500 am just to get home we’re I safe and can sleep.

Tons of bugs. They wouldn’t refund me to leave and they went in and vacuum them up. They said they were beetles. They were even on the ceiling.

I understand it's under new management and they are trying to renovate but they shouldn't be renting rooms that are not totally done. Plus we reserved a room with 2 queen beds and there was no way they were queens.
