The rooms were clean and tidy, the staff were kind and friendly, and the hotel is located in the centre of the city within walking distance of everything.

Staff helpful and welcoming. The hotel is the bottom 2 floors of a high rise building. The rooms are a bit drab, and the lighting poor, but there is a kettle and tea/coffee. It is in the Mardin new town, in the suburbs, so you always have to take a bus or a dolmus to get to where the action is - definitely out on the limb. Breakfast is plentiful. A reasonably priced hotel for families, not for those who may want to enjoy an evening out.

The room was very clean and very nicely decorated. Staff really helpful in everything. The area is great, very safe with a lot of shops around for food and markets. In general a great experience. Thank you
