Lovely conveniently placed hotel close to Loch Lomond, with plenty of parking. Staff were friendly and welcoming, Plenty of choice on the menu for evening dining. Self service breakfast again with plenty of choice and all freshly cooked. The hotel has places to relax just off the reception area, lots of comfee seats
Pleasant walk across the road along the bank of the Loch although this is probably busy during the summer season

Staff were outstanding, the view terrific and the dinner and breakfast good.

The location was excellent. The staff were very polite and helpful. Breakfast was good enough. The hotel was clean. It needs updating.
Our two nights stay was satisfactory.
We had a hot water problem in the shower but it was attended and fixed. Though water in the shower was not hot enough not enough force.
No major issue.
