The room was SOOO clean. Plenty of towels. I had a super early morning flight and it was cheap with good reviews right outside the airport. Staff was super nice and check in/out was easy. I’d honestly stay there again.

The room I got was basic. Nothing to call my mother about. I was impressed with the full refrigerator, multiple electrical outlets, and microwave. The room could use better hand soap, nose tissue dispenser, and updated furniture (Including a larger bed)

Old hotel. Dirty sheets. The chair at the table in the room had "skid marks" on it, if you know what I mean. Ralph at the check-in window was really nice and helpful. I slept on top of the sheets, fearing what might be underneath. They took a $50 "damage deposit" which has not been returned, as of now-4 days later. 2 'good' things- lots of tv channels and electrical outlets. Don Jose Mexican Grill, a couple of blocks away, had some of the best TexMex I've ever had. The combo plate was awesome!

My stay went pretty well. Casey was super kind in our interactions. I also had very pleasant interactions with the day and night receptionists. I truly regret not getting their names. The stay was clean and the channels were pretty good. The barbie movie was even playing on one of the channels so the movies were great too. I spent most of my time in the city but it was great to come back at night to the kindest gentleguy as well. I also got more info from the night receptionist on cats that stay around outside who were just too precious. Also the store front was super handy for me especially to get reasonably priced water before i went on my 9-10 mile a day walks around the city. The water saved my life. Definitely recommend.

The property is definitely old but for the price was good. The bed was comfy had full size fridge the tub shower was a little strange design but water was hot & pressure good.front staff were wet friendly & gave good tips to park in town for Mardi gras. The maids did not actually clean our room make bed till I asked but they always gave us clean towels. Over all it's a good convenient location esp for price

For the price it was fine. I felt safe in the area. We had 3 rooms total. One room had broken TV, and some sort of green/yellow stain on sheet, 2nd room, stains all over the sheets, my 18yr old refuses to sleep under the sheets, we had 3 people in the room with only 2 towels (the size of a tea towel). Staff refused to give us another towel without giving one back. They said I could get house keeping to come and change every out. When I get back to room we at least had 3 towels but they did not change our sheets. They only gave 1 small packet of shampoo and conditioner and would not give more, but you could always buy a travel size in lobby for $4 each. Also it was weird staying in a place that rents by the week and people are living there.

It was a decent stay for a night. I had minimal interaction with staff, so my opinion is neutral. The hotel is decent for the price. It had a nice shower inky room with plenty of hot water and good pressure.

It is very old but the room was very clean. It is quite evident that it has just been painted. For the age of the property we were extremely satisficed. The gentleman at the front desk was extremely personable. I had called a few times and he answered all my questions with great patience and politeness. It is a very congested area around the motel but we were on the back side so it worked out for us.

The overall stay was fine don’t like the $50 deposit and the length of time it takes to get it back. Due the fact it’s not an upscale hotel it’s a motel that could use a few more upgrades before requiring a deposit.

This hotel was perfect for my business trip. Staff was friendly and the hotel met all my needs. The hotel had a comfy bed, cold AC, warm blankets, a full size fridge and microwave. As I said, for a place to rest your head for the night it was great. The lack of pool, restaurant, and bar might turn away a family of 4 on a summer vacation, but for a weekend business trip I could not ask for more. I will stay here again without hesitation. There is also a friendly white cat that polices the property. He was awesome.

The room had an overwhelming mildew smell, the shower and beds were nice, if there was not stains on the blankets. The real issue was checking out, we had an emergency and was running behind at 11:05 , they called saying we need to be out in less than 5 minutes and to “dont make me come up and get you” essentially a threat, atleast that’s how it came across. As two young girls it was absolutely terrifying and a panic. Borderline cussing us out over a few minutes. Absolutely disgusting management, I see now why they were one of the only hotels not full during new years. They threatened to not give us our deposit back over practicality 10 minutes. Every hotel I’ve ever stayed at gives you a grace period and has never been so nasty over it.the biggest joke was there was only one housekeeper who was busy on another room , so what was the rush for!!!! Spend your money anywhere else over this disgusting place and disgusting management!!!

Managed to get a room for new years weekend. Close to everything we wanted (good food and entertainment). Back area is a little tight for parking, and the rooms could use some fresh paint. But it was clean, spacious room, I felt very safe. Will definitely be staying here again next time I'm in town.

Kind of expensive for such type of motels. Before Covid activity started the fair rate for similar property was about USD 40-50/per night. Very narrow parking spaces

This is a no-frill hotel that is clean. You get an email ahead of time so you know what to expect and what to bring (ex hair dryer). Knowing that, our expectations were set. There were no surprises. It's only about a block from a bus stop so we took that into New Orleans. I heard walking from someone above us but it ended quickly and not too late. The pillows could have been a little more comfortable but you get four. This was a good stop for us and for the money. If you're just wanting a place to sleep and shower, it's good. If you want a pool and breakfast, it's not that hotel. They do have a full size refrigerator though.

We had 3 rooms some checked in and weren't happy but waited a few hours for the rest of the party. Rooms weren't very clean and smelled like mold so bad that one room had a wet bed from all the moisture in the room. Once they arrived and found roaches in the room everyone was out! Hotel wouldn't refund the 1st night and I'm not syre the second night hasn refunded yet.
