The location was perfect. The apartment/condo was on the 1st level which also great, the pool and beach access was in our backyard. We loved it. The only negative was the barstools were stained (nothing a carpet cleaner couldn’t fix), and master restroom needed an upgrade or thorough cleaning, from walls to tile. Wasn’t a complete fail but could be cleaner for the price. The water wasn’t draining in the tub either but it was resolved by the next morning. The biggest ick was that restrooms shower curtain was discolored and molded. You could tell it may have been washed but it should’ve been replaced. I was told it would be replaced when they fixed the drain but it wasn’t. The worst thing was the fact that we paid for an hour delayed/late checkout but apparently the housekeeper didn’t get the memo and barged in without giving my son a chance to answer the knock 15 minutes passed the original checkout time. When she saw him she said oh then slammed the door. Then about 15 minutes later, we were packing up the car and she tried coming in again but encountered my husband, she was yelling what time did we plan on leaving and starting yelling “10, 15 minutes!?” My husband told her we paid for the hour so we get the hour, she then popped her head in as I was coming towards the door and yelled I’m not mad at yall but they should’ve told me! It was so unprofessional and really upset us. She basically interrupted our extra PAID HOUR, basically the whole hour. I only recvd apologies.
