Floors and counters dirty. Not enough towels. We killed a roach. Mold in the shower. Drawers broken. No charging ports for electronics. Chickens in the parking lot and roosters crowing all night.

"Deluxe" room was anything but deluxe. Very dirty, dust everywhere, stained sheets. Felt unsafe.

The toilet had feces left on it, the shower had towels placed in water, soap packaging was on the floor, and two bathroom doors were broken from being hit with fists. The entire floor was extremely dirty, and the room had a strong smell, even though it was a non-smoking room. There was a strong odor of marijuana and cigarettes, making my head ache. We tried to open the window for ventilation, but there was no window to open. We complained, but they claimed there were no other rooms available, which I believe to be a lie. Overall, it was too dirty and noisy. There were chickens nearby, and they kept making noise all night. Judging from how close the noise was, there seemed to be chickens not far away. I will never go there again!

Room was dirty, curtains have burn marks and tears, tub was stained, bed was rock hard, had to ask for other pillows as the ones originally given were dirty. Check in was at 3 I got there at 5 and the room was still not ready. Would not stay here again

The worst hotel ever!!!!!!!!! Never staying there nor a Red Roof Inn. Stains of blood and cigarette burns plus bed bugs. Rent a tent a tent before thinking about this place. HORRIBLE!!

First off, when we arrived to check into our room, the guy at the front desk couldn’t figure out what I had booked. He showed and offered 3 different rooms. The first two floors smelled like absolute smoke. We got the room on the third floor and still it had some sort of funky smell. It is absolutely dirty. There’s no maintenance or upkeep. It’s more of a Do it Yourself motel. They don’t have anyone to clean or service the rooms. The phone wasn’t even connect to call the front desk. We had to ask the front desk every morning for fresh towels and even had to take our trash out. Walls were filthy, little creatures present in bathroom, tv didn’t work and the surrounding area is very high alert. We even watched a homeless couple try to break into a car in the parking lot. Overall a place just to sleep, not enjoy.

The walls were extremely dirty the bath tub was dirty the floor didn't even seem like they were moped or sweeped the head bored could of been cleaned and polished the walls could of have been dusted over all I had to spend two hours cleaning my room inorder to feel comfortable and take a pomastone t the toilet

Reserved a 2bd, 2bath, non smoking. When arrived, check in took forever, No 2bd, 2 bath, non smoking available. The clerk put me in a 2 BD, smoking room at the same price as the 2bd, 2ba, sofa price. Did not change the price... About a $35+/- less.. Noisey area, to many people walking in and around hotel.. Hotel manager not do anything.,

Desk chair and one bedside lamp were broken (have pictures). Sheets and comforter had stains (have pictures). Iron was missing. Tub was not clean (have pictures). Checked out early as candidly this place (at least my room) was a dump.

I walked in saw the conditions 2 men were working on their car out front it smelled horrible inside and than the front desk guy comes out of the restroom with his hand dripping wet and asjs for my ID I smiled and never came back

This is the worst hotel that I have ever booked. we arrived and they gave us a smoking room. The room was disgusting and I did not feel safe. My partner and I left immediately and left the property. As we tried to leave, there was nobody there to help us and we had to leave without speaking to the front desk person, because they were not there. I do NOT recommend this hotel to anybody.

Easy check in and they had the ground floor room that i requested ready. Being on a main street traffic noise is very noticable but does quiet down in the evening.

The room was damaged, holes in the walls, the walls had stains and something on them looked like boogers.the sheets were nasty it looked like they just made the bedding up not changing the sheets. We stayed 3 nights they never came to clean the room, there was no clean towels and wash rags. There was a dog print on the bed sheets. When I told the attendant he brought us new sheets but he made us change them ourselves. The beds were uncomfortable. No continental breakfast as advertised.no ice machine.tons of homeless people in the area that walk around the property constantly.

The rudest most selfish establishment I ever been to I guess it is family owned and the statements were these homeless people you know they have a lot of homeless very dirty they never have towels stuff running down the Walls cockroaches you ask for maintenance or stuff to be done and they just say they'll be back and never come back until your stays over my door didn't lock for a week curtains were hanging I had to scrub the walls the cooling units were so packed full of dirt it look like I shaved somebody's head when I clean them off in the bathtub the toilet seat was on with one bolt hanging cockroach infestation very old building is all they say and instead of trying to make you comfortable or offer you a better accommodation just because we're poor or homeless doesn't mean we deserve to live in filth and be treated like that it's very judgmental and the name they should not be franchising because I've never been to a Red roof inn in this condition

First room had a disgusting clogged toilet. Was moved to the room next door, which had an enormous stain on the sheet (and other smaller stains), multiple stains on the coverlet, and a filthy bathtub. It's hard to imagine what sort of manager or cleaning person would think this was acceptable. Both "nonsmoking" rooms had lingering smoke smell. I left within an hour, got a refund, and will never go back. Utterly gross and unsanitary.

They barely spoke to me, they didnt give me the wifi password, the tv wouldnt turn on. Had to go from third floor to lobby twice for these issues because they didnt answer the front desk phone.

I liked that the staff upgraded my accommodation when they did not have the room I reserved. I did not like that the bathroom had flooding when I came in the room, all of the towels were dirty, all of the toilet paper was wet, and the shower didn't drain as well as there was no hot water.

Horrible hotel. Building is absolutely filthy inside and out. The office is misleading, as it looks pretty nice but the rooms and hallways are horrendous. We stayed 2 nights, and our room was never cleaned. The trash was overfilled and we called to request more towels and no one ever came to our room. We also requested maintenance half a dozen times and they never showed either. There were people living in the hotel with barking dogs, a rooster that crows at 5 am, and people right outside our door that were yelling at eachother in the middle of the night. Nonsmoking room stinks and has faint smoky smell and reeks of Marijuana in the hallways. They even had to break down our door to get back in to get our personal items at check-out because the door wouldnt unlock. Not a place for children.
