Clean room

I didn't like the fact that Lionsgate doesn't accept cash for a deposit. I had stayed at Lionsgate before and used my card for the room deposit, just to find out that the transaction couldn't be tracked. Lionsgate banking ways don't make since they will take the money off your debit/credit but yet when I look at my account it doesn't appear so it can't be tracked I've called the bank before and they admitted that the transactions doesn't show up. Then days later the account amount goes up based on the deposit. Cash should be an option it literally takes a housekeeper 5-10 minutes to okay a room, so why should I wait 5 business days to get back my deposit when it took the reservation desk 30 seconds to take it off my credit card. Make that make sense.

I like how it’s well maintained & very clean at all times.

I like how it feels so fresh when you walk in the rooms. I know it’s not perfect or high end but it is very clean.

I like that the staff was nice and helpful

When i first arrived there I didn't like the room and it was a fly and the room in the window was open even tho I was up on the second floor the room.was not up to my standards and I was very unhappy with that .and the spa wasn't working and the staff didn't tell me at the time of checking in that the water was going to be off for a few hours but when I told the staff about the room they changed out my room.
