Beautiful property with great rooms and amazing views of the lake. The food at the main restaurant is just. ok but the one by the water is great

Our stay at Casa Palopa was amazing. Not only was the property beautiful, but the service stood out above all else. Communication was very clear and exceeded all our expectations. The transfers were very well coordinated and our driver Martin was excellent! He picked us up from Antigua and then taking us to the airport early in the morning to catch an early flight. He even turned the car around when I left a valuable in Antigua, very kind and understanding. I highly recommend this hotel and it is well worth the price. Above all else the food and the staff were phenomenal, I highly recommend and I hope to visit again soon!

Casa de Palopo was truly an amazing experience. The rooms, grounds, pools & restaurants were impeccable. The staff was extremely helpful, gracious and accommodating. From swimming in the lake in the morning, to breakfast overlooking the lake, spa services and lovely amenities, our stay was impeccable. Can't wait to come back and enjoy this beautiful place again.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The views of the lake are amazing and the pool up the hill at the villa is gorgeous.
There was no air conditioning but with all the windows open and a fan it actually wasn’t bad.
It was very quiet and peaceful.
My only complaint was when it says “breakfast is included” it was only bread and fruit which is really no breakfast if you a diabetic.
