It was a cute place. But check in was odd, you couldn’t even talk to any one till 3. Breakfast is no longer served there you were given a voucher to eat at a place in town. Just didn’t seem at all like it was advertised. The bed was a little uncomfortable and there was mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. It was just ok.

We had a lovely stay. Bed wasn’t the most or least comfortable I’ve ever had and that’s the extent of my complaints. Good shower water pressure. Had a microwave, mini fridge and freezer. Fireplace kept it nice and toasty. Didn’t use tub but it looked nice. Great location. Walking distance to everything. Didn’t hear any outside noise at night.

Hidden gem. Comfortable accommodations with lot's of character. Will stay again in the near future!

Cute little spot. Complimentary wine time which was lovely to sit in front yard or back yard. Room had claw bath tub. It had a gas fireplace, cooling fan, microwave, mini fridge. Two blocks off main downtown street so many coffee shops and local restaurants within 5 minute walk. Quiet area. Front garden had several benches and tables to sit at, back area had a table. Exterior was well lit.

This is a great find! I loved staying in such a charming place. The bed was so comfortable. There was plenty of space for our family of 4. Check inwas smooth and the grounds are lovely. Highly recommend!

Adorable, unique and cozy place conveniently located nears stores and restaurants. Absolutely loved the free breakfast voucher too! Highly recommend.

It is about an hour away from the city center, but the natural scenery is nice. There is a sunset point 7 minutes away, but I couldn't see the sunset because of the fog. The accommodation is decorated with lots of roses, so it's beautiful. However, there is a unique scent, but I don't know what scent it is. It's not a very nice scent.

Beautiful gardens. Library. Comfortable rooms. Garbage day is pretty loud pretty early!

Cozy, quaint, nicely furnished and maintained B&B. Hostess, Stephanie, was very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Good breakfast included and provided by Moonside Bakery about a 5 min walk along Main St. Coffee provided in room; coffee, bottled water, wine, sherry and brandy available 24/7 in common living areas. All the comforts if home

The Expedia website called accommodation a 'luxury suite with two bedrooms' and instead was an average sized bedroom with spacious bathroom and a sitting room with foldout couch instead. Not fault of property and they were sad that we were initially disappointed. HOWEVER! We were won over by amazing overall access to property and amenities, and we will be back !

The property has changed hands and is not really a bed and breakfast. The room charge was $500.00 one night for a "suite" that was supposed to include a bed in one room, which was fine, and what turned out to be a pull-out couch with the worst mattress, and too short for anyone with iffy bedding. The black mold in the bathroom was noticed as well. And having to walk 15 minutes with a coupon to get breakfast. Things have changed and not for the best. Seriously over priced to sleep on what was in effect, worse than an army cot.

This inn was lovely, very beautiful. I loved the gas fireplace in the room and the high quality mattress and comforter. The freestanding tub required some caution to get in and out and I wish the water pressure had supported filling it up all the way with hot water. I enjoyed the downstairs rooms which had cookies, brandy, sherry and wine. Very peaceful and restful and quiet. The breakfast was outsourced to a local bakery cafe which was easy to walk to. Maybe breakfast is on-site some of the year? There is a kitchen and a dining area. Overall very nice.

It was very fun and cute place. Close to everything downtown. We would stay here again.

Overall a great location and great service. very quiet and comfortable. Also note a great personalized service with special ice cream in the room (for our anniversary). The staff was very accommodating.

Lovely place. Comfy rooms, nice salon type rooms to hang out (w/alcoholic beverages) and electric fireplaces everywhere so cozy in the winter.

The people were nice but they had no breakfast at the property that we though was do. Had to go to a restrurant that was 4 blocks away. not convient like most bed and breakfast. Shades in room did not work. The place is nice but the age is telling.

The experience reflects a bed-and-breakfast establishment, rather than a traditional hotel. The building is older, has a lot of wallpaper, and the amenities such as the HVAC and plumbing reflect the trappings from a time gone, long-ago. Since we had a late arrival, the "inn-keeper" was not there; she instead called us gave us the access codes to the front door and our room. Upon arrival at the room, we did not how to operate the fireplace, so we did not bother with it. We were told we had complimentary wine, but did not see any wine laying around. We finally figured out how to get the heat going (late January stay) with a portable ceramic heater hidden in a closet. There were some signs strewn about the room explaining some things, or pointing to other things (a sign by a lightswitch said there are more light switches behind the vanity mirror) - without the guided tour of an inn-keeper, we felt like we were deciphering puzzles in an escape room. There were no elevators to the upstairs rooms, that know of. Overall, I may come back if I am in the mood to go down memory lane of years of old. But not likely.
