Staff was very helpful and the room was very clean. However, somehow the toilet seat was either not fitted correctly or it just was a bad fit - terrible experience

Desk manager Mark Anthony was just remarkable. Excellent representative for your company. Head of housekeeping along with Mark were able to get our room ready early and were very appreciative since we were quite burnt out from our trip there. Had snacks available at check in. Highly recommend
