How the staff was very accommodating to any questions and needs I needed

Pretty sure they have bed bugs as I was bitten up during my stay

Staff was super nice an patient very kind as well 😊 got me right in with a room 😁

Room was clean, , staff friendly. Water pressure in shower was good.

Breakfast ending at 9am. WiFi was down, no notification of that until you asked and no credit offered.

Location was perfect for my needs, and very convenient to the interstate.

Noticed dirt under the sink in the bathroom where feet don't reach - do not think it was cleaned fully. Bits of peeling wallpaper and plaster in both bathroom and bedroom, all in corners/nothing major, but numerous and clearly starting to be a problem. Bit of disfigurement in ceiling makes one think water may be an issue; no vent to turn on in the bathroom - wall had a grate for airflow? but no sound of a vent turning on with either wall switch and even with door wide open bathroom was very steamy after a short shower/took a long time to stop being humid after. Smell of mildew in bedroom (not strong but noticeable once been in the room a while/trying to sleep)? Overall, while main areas of hotel seemed fine, but based on the room it needs some maintenance/refreshing.
