Affortable price! Love the seaview from the balcony. Overall is great stay. Just felt annoy by the children from our next door running and shouting in front of of our walkway.

Loved our room but our view wasnt great. We were however right downtown in the old quarter so very convenient. They royally screwed up our room charge though and while we caught it they did too and arr attempting to fix it

my room was not cleaned on 3 days. Thay said it was because i had the DND on but the HK team cleaned the 9th floor at 8 am in the morning and never came back. they were very noisy every morning it woke you up. I told the FO but nothing was done. I did stay an extra 2 nights as it was TET and to hard to move.

Service at the reception is extremely bad experience,the staff very rude, acted like a police women speaking,more worstly ,she retained our passports without notifying us and didn't care to return our passport to us until we asked for it.Luckily, she is still available for us to claiming back our passport, I can't imagine if next day morning we only realize our passports are not with us before checking out the hotel and she is not on duty for claiming back our passports, then we can't go back to our country as planned!As when we claimed for our passport, staff at the reception was looking for her to get back our passsport! These was my first worst experience with the hotel reception so far!! Cleanliness doesn't seem like an vital concerns for on this hotel. In fact, the glass panel in front of the hotel looks like it was never cleaned or even wipe before, so what can we expect on their rooms! I booked the hotel via hotel.com with room location as "sea view" and with facility of "electric kettle" but actually when we checked in our room, the "Sea-View" actually just a view of nearby building's wall ! Besides there wasn't an electric kettle in the room,hair shampoo also not provided, the hotel only provided a small bottle of shower gel for body! In addition, the towels provided was all worn out!!

This is my second times staying at this hotel in three months, everything are as good as my previous visit

For a newish hotel there are already things fraying at edges. Towels with holes in them, sheets with stains, fridges on the blink. Breakfast was quite average. WiFi was strong, view from room balcony amazing and staff very kind and friendly, altho limited English speaking skills. ABSOLUTELY INEXCUSABLE is the inability to stop some people smoking in a non-smoking hotel. Room smelt like had been smoked in and often found butts in rubbish bins for had sand in top like ashtrays (how stupid) in hallways. Staff just shrug shoulder and smile when told. For $85AUD A NIGHT terrible value when so much more to Choose from.

A very disappointing service. Horrible hospitality! First of all, most of the staffs could not even communicate in basic English. And that's okay, the major problem was their attitude. They mad it seemed like it would kill someone to just smile for a little bit. As listed on the website, this hotel provides free shuttle bus service and hence I had sent email a week before the stay yet I had received no reply. Worse still, when I asked the front desk staffs in person during check-in, they claimed that they could only help us to call for taxi as there is no such service provided (In a really really bad tone, can you believe it?). After they said it, two of the staffs just went back scrolling facebook feed on their phones, as if we were invisible. And excuse me? There was a girl like 6-7 years old (I guess she might be the daughter of a staff?) eating next to the staffs in the front desk. WHAT? I was so shocked. Well, at least the sea view from the room is pretty good... Until my friend found out the toilet wouldn't flush so we called the front desk and a guy showed up and he used literally 2 hours to fix it, leaving the whole bathroom ridiculously wet. WHAT A MESS. Until next morning, my friend and I went to the hotel restaurant for breakfast and it was so packed due to its unbelievably small size. Hotel guests actually had to line up for getting seats by themselves. For your information, do clear your own dirty dishes from table because the waiters wouldn't do it for y'all :)

Over all really nice. We took advantage of the 12th floor's roof's view for enjoying the sun set and to capture some amazing photos over looking the water. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Kind and friendly staffs But shower doesnt provide hot water well and there are some constructions nearby but overall 100% awesome with nice beachview and kind staff

This is a great hotel! The staff was very kind and helpful and the room was clean and comfortable. The only small issue we had with the place was that during the day the shower would only stay hot for less than five minutes before turning cold. At night it was fine though! Definitely recommend this hotel for those looking to enjoy a quiet area of My Khe.

The staff were very friendly and happy to assist in any way. Most spoke English well enough for what's necessary. The bed was very comfortable as was the balcony. Good location for hitting the beach.
