The bed was awful and incredibly hard and uncomfortable. The sheets came off during the night also making it worse. However, everything else was great. I would say the indoor pool was good but the room temperature was freezing and the pool didn’t stay heated - it was intermittent. So my 18 month old daughter’s lips turned blue and I had to take her out in the sun to get her to warm up. Overall it was an okay stay. If the beds were updated and more comfortable, the pool room warmer and the pool itself warmer, it would have been the perfect experience.

Very nice, new hotel. One of the more modern rooms set up for business/pleasure. I enjoyed everything about the stay.

The hotel was clean and the bed was comfortable. We appreciated the large floor space in the accessible size room. The staff was friendly. Breakfast was nice.
A few days after I checked out, I was charged a $4 fee. After calling, I was told that it was a parking fee which was charged by mistake. It was eventually refunded. Pay close attention to your statements and call the specific hotel branch directly if you see a mystery charge.
We were overall pleased with this hotel. I would recommend it for short stays.

It was average according to price the tub did not drain properly and there were a lot of black ants in bath room.Night Manager accused my grown son of stealing 2 red bull drinks.He did not. I was with him.breakfast was not very good,but it was free.Other than those things it was okay.I will not stay there again.

I always enjoy staying at the Hampton Inn. It is always neat, clean & friendly! Their hot breakfast is a big plus for me, and I always take advantage of their fitness room.

Our vehicle was one of approximately five or six had our windows broken out and items stolen out of them. Management wasn’t concerned and offered no help at all and acted as though this happened on a regular basis. They also stated that there were no cameras on the side of the building where it occurred. They offered no help or assistance and twenty four hours after it happened, police still didn’t have all the information from Hampton Inn. We were in town for a family function.

Highly recommend this hotel. Very clean, can tell it had been updated fairly recently. Smelled very nice too like vegas hotels. Complimentary breakfast was more than expected with hot food such as eggs and a waffle/pancake maker. Great location and easy to get to where I needed to go. As a solo female traveler I felt very safe. Very cute town behind hotel (colleyville). Enjoyed my stay. Famous well known Mexican restaurant next door. Rooms very quiet and AC work very well! I was never able to get the wifi to work but I think that was user error and I didn’t ask for help. Great hotel! Will be back.

We stayed Saturday night thru Monday and Monday morning we were woken up at 8a to drums I believe there is a school or something next door. Other than that our stay was great!

I purposely chose this place for the amenities since I was traveling with littles. The complimentary breakfast was convenient and had a decent amount of options. The pool was indoors which would’ve been awesome except it was very cold but my kids still enjoyed it. Workout room had cardio and some weights and med balls. Our king with a foldout had a fridge and microwave and sink, kind of like a wet bar, and it was perfect for all of our snacks. Room was very spacious, there were 4 of us, and we weren’t cramped. Would stay again.

I wasn’t going to leave a bad review but I feel I have to. When we first arrived I thought it was a new hotel because the decor seemed very updated. That changed when we got to the 5th floor…I don’t know if there had been a flood or what but the entire hallway rug end to end was very wrinkly to the point it was a tripping hazard. Then we unpacked and got into bed and it was…WET. like the staff didn’t bother finishing drying the linens. It wasn’t just a little damp, it was really wet!! I called the front desk and he quickly got us another room. But not convenient at all to get dressed and repack all our stuff and move for sure. The shower door also wouldn’t stay closed—it was on a track and I guess the floor was slanted because it kept rolling open. When we left 2 days later we went to the ice machine to get some for our cooler and it was empty. Just took many things not good. I would not recommend this hotel.
