This hotel is one that an air traveler might use for a single-night layover before flying out of Dallas, and that was the purpose of my trip. There is a complimentary shuttle to/from the airport, but be advised there are *two* Holiday Inn Expresses in the area. This hotel is "Grapevine,: and other is "South." Try not to call the wrong hotel to summon their shuttle, as I did. Upon arriving at the wrong hotel, they suggested I Uber to the right property, but I opted to shuttle back to the airport, then shuttle to the right hotel. No cost for that. The property is what I call "older," and although clean and functional, the fixtures in my room showed their age. There is no on-property restaurant, and this is okay because there is more than one quality restaurant within walking distance. I picked Olive Garden, a 2 minute walk. Breakfast is complimentary, with good options. For my return to the airport in the morning, I was informed at the desk that their driver had not show up for work, and I might have to consider options to return to the airport. However, the property manager quickly arrived, and performed the driver work herself. Hats off for customer service! This hotel is about the best value option for an air travel layover, and there is nothing about it makes it worth avoiding. A great option.

Everything was great. Had a jet tub in the room, soft bed. Really clean ,dove shampoo and conditioner. Easy check in and parking with good resources around in walking distance..

Front desk staff were very helpful, especially Janine, who provided us with top notch restaurant recommendations.

No Jett tub as in the picture or as said on the website. Heater was noisy and fan and ac didn’t work in our room. Very dissappointed.

The property was fine. The front counter employee was great. The breakfast service was lacking. Everything was empty and they would not refill anything without someone asking first. The floors were dirty, the sink in the bathroom drained very slow. The water pressure at the sink was very low, maybe it was turned down at the valve because the sink drained so slow. Overall, the property was ok, probably will not stay there again.

Missed our flight it was canceled

Perfect hotel before catching our flight home the next day. We traveled into downtown Grapevine. What a cute town! The staff was very friendly and helpful. Only recommendation is to upgrade the bathroom shower heads.

Overall, it was clean and nice. Bathrooms need to be updated. In-room couch was uncomfortable.

Bathroom was in the middle of being repaired, or at least I hope so. If not a gold member was given a room with a very dilapidated shower area with walls coming apart, black spots all over the tub, AND THE WORST THING!!! A PUBIC HAIR on my HAND TOWEL! This is really it for me and hotel.com. Your ratings are skewed too positive.

The property was kind of hidden which I liked; it's not too far from the hwy but just enough that you don't hear the hwy traffic.. My room was clean, didn't smell like anything (which, if you know you just know..) Both beds seemed to lean inward on the inside bottom corners, which felt weird when lying down; the bathroom sink had a constant drip, when I would turn the water off I had to play with the faucet handle to get it to stop.. I understand those things happen but I'd book and stay again..

Shower head barely trickled water. Toilet wouldn’t flush properly. Very dirty carpets in room and throughout the either hotel.

The experience wasn’t good. In the restroom the floor tiles were lose, the hand wash bottle was attached on the wall but out of soap, the towel holder accessory was there but as soon as I used the towel came out. The room light was not enough and it was dark , on the top of that one of the lamps had 2 bulbs but 1 wasn’t working, so the entire room had only 3 bulbs. Clothing iron was in the room and was working okay but the back was broken and I could see the inside. I don’t eat meat and tried their veggie omelet in the breakfast , as the sign was saying but when I ate that , it was with the ham, I told the attendant and she went inside and brought a different sign and put up there but she didn’t even say sorry. When I was checking out today the receptionist wasn’t able to print my receipt. The entire experience was felt like motel and not a holiday inn.

Location was great. Staff was friendly. Place is a little run-down but it was a good stay. I recommend this place.

Hotel staff is friendly and the breakfast is pretty good. There was a shuttle available as well. The maid service was great. Everything was great, except the hotel is very old and badly needs updating in the carpet and on the walls.
