I booked this hotel because I was having surgery and lived out of town. It was somewhat close to the hospital. I spent 1 night there and my daughter spent 2. I found the room to be very nice but it could have been a little cleaner per my daughter. I would stay there again. The price was right for todays out of control economy.

Very clean hotel. Employees are very friendly. Bed mattress was very comfortable however bed frame squeeked and would wake me up as I turned in my sleep. Free Breakfast was a plus with waffles, sausage, yogurt, cereal. I would stay here again but they need to fix that bed frame.

Overall my stay was good. I believe the price is a little high for the quality of the rooms and amenities. They're definitely trying to update it, but windows, doors, finishes, and linens could use some work. They had just put a new rug/carpet in my room and it was quite aromatic - not in a good way. Location was convenient and the pool (though I didn't use it) looked nice!

This is my third stay. You wonder when you see this hotel how it rates so highly, but the staff is very courteous and helpful. The rooms are super clean and quiet. I am basically there to rest and I am able to do that.

People are driving in and out all night until 2:00am and making very noise talking and banking the car door. Overall, this is a nice and clean hotel, located in a conveniences and save area!

I stayed at the Green Tree Inn for three nights and it was great! Everything was clean and comfortable. The front desk was helpful when I was having issues with my tv. The plant decor was nice too.

I was attending the Pokemon GO event at the Rose Bowl Stadium, and chose this hotel due to the proximity to the event. The hotel was really clean. No microwave in room as advertised, but there was a microwave in the dining area in the lobby. There were complimentary snacks and water bottles in the room. The hotel was pretty quiet. Lots of places to eat nearby.

Pleasantly surprised with our stay! Plenty of parking and felt safe and secured. Hotel was pretty clean overall. We had a concern with our toilet, but they addressed the problem right away. They offer complimentary water and snacks. Breakfast was okay, they offered a good selection. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here and would book again if we are ever in the area.

Car noise was very loud. Bathroom sink didn’t drain. Pool maintenance guy had equipment stored right outside my window & woke me up at 5:15. Breakfast offerings minimal.

The hotel was clean and cozy. The continental breakfast was not the best but was ok. The staff was friendly and polite. Too friendly, they kept watching the guests eat. Almost monitoring everyone. So it was a bit uncomfortable to get up and refill coffee. But the premises were very clean and safe.

The hotel was conveniently located to LA and Pasadena for the Rose Bowl. We were able to get to Universal Studios and the Rose Bowl in under 20 minutes. Right down the street from downtown Alhambra with lots of restaurant options. The staff was incredibly friendly and inviting. The room was clean and had some complimentary water and snacks. The carpet in the hallways was a little weird and the doors were always open at the end of the hallways (I assume to increase air circulation?) But it was fine for a quick weekend stay.

When I booked this hotel, I was attracted by its 4 rating. It is absolutely overrated! We booked a two double bed room which faces the street. It has a sliding glass door that does nothing to reduce the noise of traffic, so throughout the night we felt like sleeping on the street. We asked to switch to a different room and was given one on a different floor. But it was the same. The staff told us that all double bed rooms are facing the street and have the same issue. In addition, the beds made screams every time we turned. The breakfast was not impressive at all. To be fair, the staff are friendly, the parking is included and the location is good. I would rate it 2 at the most.

My power went out at my home and couldn’t get inside so my son and I came here for one night. The hotel is clean and efficient and perfect for our occasion. I would definitely come here again and bring my guest here. It comes with breakfast too so the price is good.

If your looking for a comfortable bed, this hotel is not it. The beds are way to firm. The bed frames sit way to low and if your older like I am it is hard to get out of the bed.

Hotel price is cheap and comes with free parking and breakfast. Hotel is pretty good for the price you pay, If you plan to come just for sleeping and want to spend less for a decent property this is the one. Overall a good hotel. Cons: Wifi was not working, had to call 3 times, reception was not picking up the phone and the reception had no clue why wifi was not working. Breakfast was ok. Porridge was watery, no much veg options. Potatoes were kept in the same container along with non veg item.

When checking in, a lady was angrily speaking with a customer on the phone. She told us to wait "over there", pointing to the lobby seating. A man returned to the desk and waived us over, but the lady ordered us to go back "over there" in an agitated tone. We slowly approached the man and he checked us in. The room was okay until I took a shower and could not turn off the water because the handle fell off. My husband was able to turn the water off, but could not turn it on for his shower. The man at the desk said it wouldn't be fixed until the next day and said he could not give us another room or another place to take a shower. After arguing, he assigned us to another room for our 3-day stay. He did not acknowledge us whenever we saw him after that, even when I greeted him. Terrible customer service!

Was a very convenient location as I was staying only 1 day for an exam I had to take the next morning. Check-in was quick and easy. The room wasn't as clean as I expected but for a night stay it's ok. If paying through Expedia careful when you give them your card for a "safety deposit" it would double charge your card.
